 Dreamed Integrity Town Hall Meeting
Jan. 8th to 15th, 2010 I have provided some conversation starters to begin this Town Hall discussion. This is an open forum and it is my hope that many of our members will share their own ideas and concerns, as well as, as answers/solutions to those proposed in the informal agenda below.
I respectfully request, that everyone who participates in this discussion remember that we all have a vested interest in Dreamed Integrity and want to see it continue to be a sucessful guild for a long time to come.
If we come to crossroads in any of our discussions, I will put up polls to resolve those issues.
Thank you in advance for taking the extra time to particpate. It's important to us all.
1. Guild Expectations:
Help the crew to understand - What you expect from D.I.? How you're
being let down? What we can do it improve it and how you can help.
II. Time is a Valuable Commodity to everyone.
Real world responsibilites are consuming most of the time our crew
members used to have to work on D.I. whether it be work, school or
personal responsibilities we MUST look at 2 things:
1. We have to reduce the responsibilities of each crew member by
dividing up things into smaller, more managable assignments.
2. We need members to come forward who are willing to help. If
you can help even in a small capacity, such as: making sure
a 10th page winner has been chosen when the opportunity arises,
for example. Tell us what you can do. ANYTHING, would be helpful
3. Forums.
We have a number of forums/threads.
Maybe we can combine some. Are there forums no longer necessary?
Are there necessary things we are missing?
Again, these are topics I know need to be brought up. If you have anything at all that you want to share about Dreamed Integrity, please feel free to bring it up.

I would love to help out more. Anything I can do to help. What I am able to do may vary depending on what is going on in my life, so just ask me. 3nodding I am always willing to do something, no matter how small.

Madralyn, I don't know if you had gotten a chance to read the email I wrote to you yesterday (1-7-10), but I was very sincere about it. Please read it and that is my contribution to Dreamed Integrity. The reason I emailed you, was because in some spots, there was personal information that only your eyes should've seen.

I know that with the games, I've been trying to keep up with the page numbers. In HSLS, we're almost to page 40. I have a list taped to my computer to indicate what page # the games are on, and have watched over them. The birthdays are up to date. The next one is your son's bday on the 13th. AngelBaskets was just on the 6th. I wished her a happy birthday, but there was no gift sent from the guild. sad I apologize for that one. Her bday sorta snuck up being just getting over the holidays and such.

I'm here almost everyday... I think I can help monitor the fun&games forum, n 10pg winners on any forum/threads. I was afraid that bcos I'm only a new member - I'm not qualified. But I'm willing to try if given the chance. *EDIT* (I forgot to add this b4) That is... if its ok w/ u, boldie - cos I know the fun&games is ur department.

HOWEVER...... Hug Soft, Love Strong is mine, okay? I feel very overly protected on that thread. I just wanted to mention that. With that statement, I surely hope I haven't stepped on anyone's toes. But I started that, and I intend to oversee that (hopefully if alright with Madralyn)

Any of you know that I am already spread thin Modding in another guild. However, I can always add another tab on my "work days" on Gaia to help you out.
I see many helping hands already, but I think we need to implement a bit of activity to draw more members and helpers so the Guild can blossom a bit more.
We can all use tips and pointers dealing with RL, so I am thinking more of a resource pool adding helpful info on a particular topic of interest is always a good start. I guess we just find out what we all like.
I'll start..., aside from Gaia, I am a fitness fanatic ~ love to cook, so I have to exercise. My children are home schooled. I am learning and implementing real estate investment strategies ~ just got a mentor - yipee; and because I am a "suddenly single" mom, I am on the lookout for ways to make money outside of J.O.B'.s! The more income streams the better in theses climes and times!
So there's some stuff I can contribute to I suppose

Unicorn Lady 2 We need to get more people to post here so there are more tanks to grab. If we each post our tanks in other booty grab threads there will be more exposure. I try to put mine on several threads at least a couple of times each week. The number of people grabbing my booty has increased and I've earned more gold. Try it...it works! wink heart

My post is pretty much like everyone else's here. I visit everyday, I would like to help out a lot more. I'm pretty sad that the Art Studio Sub forum is empty, and being an aspiring artist I would like to spruce it up.

Friends,
It's with mixed emotions that I offer my resignation as Captain and Owner of Dreamed Integrity. I know just yesterday, I said that I wished to stay on in this capacity and that was because I didn't want the guild to fold and I didn't have anyone to step in.
It's painfully hard to let go of the things you really care about, as I said yesterday, but some wonderful people have come forward to offer their time and efforts to keep the guild going, including Boldie64. To my surprise and delight, she has made an offer to continue the legacy that started with Anime Roy several years ago. It is she that I will pass the guild onto today, January 9, 2010 .
Please help her as she transitions into this position by continuing the Town Hall meeting and with all of the future endeavors of Dreamed Integrity. I know with your support and her guidance, this guild will continue to grow and be an asset to everyone who is part of it.
As for me, I will remain a member of Gaia in hopes that one day, I can again be a larger part of this community.
My best wishes to all of you in your life.

Even tho Idk u personally for long like the veteran here does, Madralyn - I've learned quite abit about u thru ur posts n others in DI. N from those perspectives, I can tell that u're a strong-courageous-extraordinary individual w/ much wisdom to offer; it is what makes u a great leader. I hope u would come by to visit sometime also. I only wish u the very best... n don't forget to keep fighting that dragon.
