First off, don't put yourself down like that! Every good artist knows they can improve, and needing to improve doesn't mean you're a terrible artist. It means you're mature enough to realize you need help, and you've come to the right place to ask for it.

Anyway, overall it's a solid drawing. I like the way you handle lines and shading, and it's obvious that you're well-practiced in drawing anime heads. It's a little strange that she's somewhat sitting, and hovering in midair like so. I always find it helpful to draw the object the character is sitting on first before drawing the character, it will give you a better sense of how to pose her.

Her anatomy is a bit off, mostly in the torso and in her legs. Her breasts are pretty gigantic for her torso and aren't placed in quite the right area. Good effort on the foreshortening, but more of her arm should be showing in such an angle. Foreshortening is a difficult technique, so I highly suggest taking pictures for reference for things like this, or anything you're not familiar with.

Her right leg is bent in a very awkward position. I think you were trying to figure out the muscles in the leg, but it turned out a little strange. A leg shouldn't jut out in such a way. Also, if she is sitting, it's somewhat possible to turn your leg in that way, as long as you have the knee raised up slightly. Right now, both her kneecaps are pretty much lined up. If you wanted her right foot to be positioned like so, you need to raise the leg up to some degree.

i think it's awesome u can draw better than me i see the problem in the leg it's a little too fat the right foot is good but the left foot is a little off but i think it's awesome!

I think it's really good. Her outfit is awesome and you seem really good with detail. I think your only problem is the anatomy of your piece. Her right leg is a little wonky and the torso is just a tad too big, but other than that I think you did great ^^
