I believe the front page should have a running list of the captains and vice captains, as well as current leaders of the Quincy, Bounts, Hollows, etc. plus links to the respective profiles, so others might have a better idea of where they want to go based on both the function of the division, and how they might get along with the said captain or vice captain before submitting where they'll go specifically.

That is one option.. but I don't think that the links should be placed on the front page.
We can have a "Leaders of the Guild" thread for that.
We definitely need a broken down version of the rules, as well as the application process, and what is expected of members.

A brief summary (with the expanded version in the forums), perhaps a quick list of the guild crew (with avi pick next to them, perhaps), and stuff like that. A shortened version of the backstory?

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! I don't think there's a need for a list of crew, since there is a list at the bottom of the page, along with links for each member. We've got over ten crew members. That'd be a lot of space.
I think we determined that back story would be a thread as well.
What do we have for an actual plot though? It's Asuma's revenge/quest for power, but I think we need more details. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!
