NOTE The stoic and somewhat sardonic leader of the ANBU Counter Intelligence Division. He tends not to wear a mask despite regulation. He is a notorious chain smoker and quite serious. He had ambitions to be the Hokage but thing's got in the way. He lists them as "pride", but there is probably more to the story.
JutsuOmamori
A chakra sensor barrier similar to the one that protects the Village. It is useful for detecting enemies or defending oneself. It is made of small amounts of chakra interlinked like a fence. The size can be increased though the gaps get bigger. The default state is a two and a half foot (in radius) sphere that surrounds him. As it gets bigger the sphere gets harder to utilize. (Example: 2.5ft is all but a dome, about 5 feet u can see the "chain links" at about the size of a quarter.)
Omamori: Tessan
The default state of the Sensor wall negates incoming chakra at an alarming rate. Small amounts of chakra will be instantly negated while larger amounts are reduced by the amount of chakra expended.
Omamori: Akuungatsuyoi
The sensor barrier distorts light to that objects inside appear to be somewhere they are not. (However they must be somewhere within the confines. This is more a "light bending" trick.)
Omamori: Hogo
The sensor barrier hardens into a repelling force. The user normally uses this to charge an enemy. It tends to catch the enemy off guard as it’s invisible without being able to view chakra.
Omamori: Ushirodate
The sensor barrier forms into a hardened, visible, point defense barrier focused on the center of his hand. It is a much heightened version of “Omamori: Tessan”- negating even the most brutal of attacks.
Kitsuenjo no Jutsu (Smoking corner technique)
Used as a smoke-screen, he makes a giant cloud of cigarette smoke that can cover and area about 25x25ft.
Raiton: Tessan Ikadzuchi (Thunder Dome)
He releases an electric charge from the edges of his dome. This normally is not a fatal technique- but it can catch people off guard! Just try to enter my thunder dome!
Raiton: Hetare Raiton (Lazy Lightning)
A technique that turns a nearby person or object into a tesla coil that shocks those around them. The charge can be very powerful- this technique is normally is used as a trap. It gives off a slight purplish haze and a slight hum. It's regarded as a very powerful and dangerous technique to use due to the unpredictable nature of the effect after it's applied to a person.
Raiton: Kaidori (Bird in a Cage)
Lightning techniques that are directed at him instead are harmlessly deflected along his Omamori.
