Tonou arrived at his Office and so he act calmly and sit on his chair always aware of Spiral’s move. He entered without a word or any facial expression “You are interested on the Nine-tailed…I can see that…and also you seem to have the same manner to act as the former-Akatsuki. Although they are extinct you seem to be creating a new group…” he said. His mind had already figured all out or he wouldn’t be a Nara. He is a major threat to this Village so I’ve to do something about it before it's too late he thought. Tonou then, turned his face to the large window. “I can propose you a deal in order for you to leave my Village and my people alone…” he started and then he waited for Spirals answer to see if he was interested on the deal.
Tonou was thinking on joining Spiral’s organization for the sake of his Village. He didn’t want a war right now but joining a killer organization was against all that Tonou dream of. His worst pass was coming to his mind while he remembered his friend being killed. “My deal is that I join your organization but continue working as the Mizukage and you leave my Village and my people in peace. I’m offering you my power and trading it for the peace of Kirigakure” he said and then he looked directly to Spiral’s eyes without a single blink.

Tonou looked to him. He tried to make the deal without this but Spiral was clever enough to see through him. Reluctantly Tonou spoke “I can give you my word and a sealed scroll with the deal to prove my loyalty to you as well as your loyalty for my Village. I don’t want unnecessary wars in this country…” he said with a serious voice but also transmitting some of the Nara’s defects: the laziness. Somehow his laziness overcame always what he did, even if it was a deathly situation. “Would you be happy with that?” Tonou asked while trying to convince himself that he was really doing that. Probably the same organization that killed his best friend and the one that had given him the scar he had on his back.

Tonou smiled when he heard what Spiral was saying. The way he spoke seemed it would be very easy to kill Tonou. But then he heard him speaking about Yukai. “You’ll not touch her!” Tonou said getting up with fury all over his face. His black eyes seemed to have flames on them.
Then after some seconds Tonou managed to calm down and started to write in a scroll. He finished and he sent the scroll to Spiral throwing it through the air.

The scroll said:

This is a thread where the Mizukage promises loyalty to the Amekage if this last one doesn’t harm his Village or anyone from it within the protection of the Mizukage. The first one to break this seal will be cursed with a severe illness that will hunt him forever making him incapable to do certain things. This illness has no cure and will slowly make the cursed person died even if he isn’t human.

“If you agree pass some of your chakra to the scroll and give it back to me. That way the thread will be done” Tonou declared with a monotone voice looking to the window again.

“She has no importance for you. She is only an Academy Student…let her out of this.” He said. Tonou knew that he would have to agree with that but he didn’t want to make her suffer within an organization like that. After some moments thinking “Let me talk to her. If she is interested she will join. And secondly she will have to be in this Village until she reached her Chuunin rank.” Tonou said while grabbing the scroll from Spiral’s hands and writing more things.

The Nine-Tailed beast and it’s Jinchuuriki will be part of Akatsuki if it is from his agreement but he won’t suffer any damage while in the Organization.

Then he sent it again towards Spiral. “It is good now?” he asked impatiently. Tonou didn’t want to add nothing more to the thread so he wanted that closed quickly “Just put your chakra there and seal it. I’ll do the same after you…”.
From the window nothing could be seen due the thick fog that was outside the building. It had started to rain and Tonou looked in the direction of the Academy where Yukai was even if he couldn’t see anything.

Tonou received the scroll and passed some of his chakra as well to it making then some hand seals and the scroll disappeared. The deal was now done and Tonou was nervous for Yukai, not for him. The kid seems a childish kind of girl and so Tonoud didn’t see any possibility for her to want to join the Akatsuki. But now he would have to talk with her. “We are done. The first one to break the deal will suffer drastic and irreversible consequences” so think carefully before trying to hurt someone from this Village” Tonou said now looking again to Spiral but not for his eyes.
“Do you want to discuss something else?” Tonou asked after getting up again and walking towards the scrolls he had on his office wall, trying to hide his worries about Yukai. He was feeling something strange against Spiral. It almost seemed he wasn’t human but Tonou didn’t think much about that. He turned his backs to Spiral while stretching his arm to grab a scroll. After it he placed the scroll on his desk in the same position the other was. His Elders would find something different if he hadn’t done it. He already knew them and for him they were boring but no one could ever know of his deal with the Akatsuki.

Tonou heard what Spiral said. But he would also like to know more about Spiral’s abilities. “Let’s go outside…” he said while pointing the door for him. “How troublesome…” he said while walking towards his big office doors. “Let’s go to the park. There we will have more space” Tonou added waiting for Spiral to go at his front. Tonou grabbed his two special swords and sheathed them into his backs. Maybe he wouldn’t need them but they were always a good help. He also dressed his coat and covered his black outfit as well as both swords and the shurikens/kunais holders. He was now ready to go.

Tonou watched carefully Spiral leaving his Office. After he was outside the door Tonou closed it and went in front of him leading him to the Park, an opening space, normally foggy and wet.
