Hello My Beautiful Clammy Brethren and Sisthren. heart
I am a total Gaia-Addict and often have dreams about Gaia, today I had an awful dream my Boo skin got deleted and I was stuck naked forever!
When the Boo skin first became unavailable after the event ended, I wondered if and when Gaia would delete the actual skin image from their servers, I didn't think they would let users just keep it on technically, forever. So I guess in my dream that happened and I was so disappointed!
How would you feel if that happened? And do you think it's possible that Gaia would purge the image from their servers?

I would be very displeased with Gaia. ._. I'd be able to change my avi whenever I wanted again, but I wouldn't get to ever see my skin again! I'm pretty sure a lot of the people in the guild would agree. I seem to worry more and more every day about a mass avatar save. I hope Gaia doesn't decide to do that. TT-TT

Of course I would be a bit upset. I mean, not even from the skin aspect, just Gaia changing smoething about my avatar without my consent would bother me more then anything.
I would be SUPER annoyed to lose this skin after all these days / months of holding onto it.
If I choose to get rid of it, thats fine, but if they do it for me - RAGE!

If my skin got deleted I'd be so sad!!! I don't think Gaia would force us to take it off by deleting it completely....
It's such a nice skin though. >.<

I would hate it entirely. But, like a similar post the i had posted (somewhere, dunno where... maybe not even in this guild), i would rather have my skin deleted than getting that "consolation (sp?) prize". that seems rather cold, but it's the truth...
i'd still hate it entirely...

But other than that, as much as I hate to admit the reality of it, it would be a kind of bitter sweet end to the BOO skin. Horrible for all of us who were dedicated, remained dedicated and planned on continuing to be dedicated, but I wonder how far dedication would last for some people. Months, years, maybe. If Gaia deleted the skin, we would never know, but at the same time, we wouldn't have to see ourselves fail. It would be ripped from us at the pinnacle of our devotion and, thus, we would be able to believe that we would have continued to hold on if Gaia hadn't taken it away.
It's a strange, sort of fatalistic sentiment, but I figured I'd throw it out there. Either way, I'd be upset with them, especially after all the time I spent denying myself and not changing my avatar. Ugh.

I'd be annoyed. I want to still have this skin a year from now. I've already made my peace on not being able to use some of these items again (don't want to spend a chunk of gold to buy some of this stuff again).
I know that it's only a matter of time before they do a mass reset again for some server reason or something. It's more about how long before they do one. But if I lost it, I'd get over it eventually.

Probably be all like "NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" and then, eventually post a thread here saying "my skin was deleted.. byes TwT" I'll miss youuuuuuus~
Then I would be all happy and change my avatar. <3 It's annoying that this skin would be the only thing to match the avatar I am wearing. It would just not look nice as a devil imp.

ohhh, i hope gaia would never do that to us. it would be so sad, all the time and dedication everyone put into keeping their skins and this guild would be wasted crying what a bad dream sad

I'd probably thank and curse Gaia at the same time, for not doing it sooner and for doing it at all. I would have prefered that there was no B.O.O. skin after the event was over, so that I wouldn't have anything to preserve. But then who knows if I would be as wealthy as I am now, as I might have pissed away my money every which way for the sake of my then-changeable avatar. :~P
This skin is as much as a burden as it is a trophy.

I would cry, then scream and be really mad.....I am so devoted to keeping my skin....I know it is just pixels but it is the principle of the thing....and plus....I made some really really awesome friends during the war....this skin represents the new friends I made during the epic struggle.....I was new on Gaia, it was my first event, and I have a ton more friends now because of it....I don't want to have my pretty skin ripped off and away....I love it especially the fins....I feel like I have wings....and that is important to me since My name is Angel and all lol....still I would be massively depressed...*sigh*

From what I remember they where updating the server (or changing servers or something), and they did a complete mass reset to everyone's avatars. Everyone lost whatever skin they had on, and all equipped items got taken off. Everyone had to go re-dress their characters after that.

I hope it won't happen but it's possible for us to lose these skins if they do that reset thing again, but I think the potato skin will still be here.
