ok everyone who watches a mecha know that it's really popular in Japan right?
like gundam and macross.
But why is it so popular? Like in America the only popular series is shonen, I don't know why but it is.
Why do you think mecha is popular?

The only mecha series I watch are Gundam and Escaflowne..but I didn`t really like Escaflowne. I don`t know, it`s hard to grasp. That`s equivalent of asking why people prefer sweet over sour or sour over sweet.
Oh!! Maybe it`s because of cute bishies XDDD Just kidding.

I think north americans also like mecha just as much, like code geass and gundam, also neon genesis. Everyone loves them.
