Personality: Depends on who he is with. He is mostly very confident and mildly arrogant. Silas Hates people who mess around with kids like they did with him and his siblings.
History: Silas was twelve when he was first numbered. He was popular at school, a player on most of the school teams and a good student. When he showed up with a number however, he was treated differently.
Three years later, his family was taken in again. His parents were kept, but he and his siblings were released. They fled the area in search of somewhere they would not be quite so discriminated against. They were out of luck. Eventually is siblings were picked off and put into facilities. Silas was nearly captured, but he fought the agents off. He is now doing everything he can to stop agents.

Powers/Abilities: Silas can control light. He can solidify it into weapons. His powers are very weak at night though. If he cannot access light, he cannot use his powers. It is also quite easy to break light, though there are copious amounts of it during the day. Moonlight is weaker than sunlight. As long as nobody breaks his light, it will not go out and can be reshaped.
Other: It s hard to find something nearly as enjoyable as punching someone you strongly dislike in the face. It's even better when you do it without powers, just so they can't complain. Also, flash lights are quite useful.
