 early morning broke as the sun just began to peak above the horizon. light danced through the leaves as if to announce a perfectly clear day. sounds could be herd from the forest as the animals awoke from their slumber. Rishy playfully pawed at a pebble, knocking it back and forth from paw to paw. she mindlessly followed the forest path until she came to a small stream. she miscalculated hr next hit in the pebble and watched sadly as it made a splash into the water. Rishy hissed at the water as it almost fell onto her jet black coat. water had to be the worst thing in the world.

Hydro stood there at the river in the distance a bit noticing the young foal not to far from her current position. Taking a drink from the river, she shook her mane before walking towards the little brat giving her a cold stare like she did with everyone. "Hello. Are you alright?" She had a slight weak spot for the young ones since she remembered what it was like on her own when she was young. "Are you on your own?" She asked before looking away from her and flicking her mane once more. "Why are you wearing a pelt on your back? I haven't met someone like you before." She said to her and didn't know what breed she was since she looked normal other then the fangs and the pelt. "Your rather interesting. You have fangs as well am I right?" She asked as she shook her had with her horn still giving off that blue mist like it always did.

Rishy noticed the mare and hissed as she approached. she did not like the look the stranger, something felt wrong and out of place. she laughed at the mare. "well obviously im alone, no one would ever dare even look at me non the less stay with me." was this stranger stupid or something? rishy sneered and flexed her claws. "well, since you cant seem to grasp the obvious i will enlighten you. i am Rishy the skinwalker, marked by the pelt on my back, i have been summoned from hell to spread hate and cause pain and death to the weak or the unworthy. that is why i am on my own. i have no parents, and i never will." with that Rishy spit on the ground near the mares hoof and laughed. "and what are you supposed to be, some kinda fancy prance horse with nothing better to do than smell flowers and kiss little animals i assume."

Hydro raised her brow at the shook her head already annoyed at the foul mouthed foal. "I can see that your alone. Why wouldn't someone stay with you? Is it because of that cocky attitude you have or the fact your wearing a pelt on your back?" She asked the young horse in a sarcastic tone trying not to get on anyone's bad side, but she didn't like the tone the foal was using. "Well look little small fry. I never met a skinwalker let alone heard of one where I came from. It sounds rather interesting though to say the least." She said and glared at the question making her snort especially from the spit which nearly marked her hoof. "No actually I'm a unicorn who's name is Hydro. I don't even like flowers and kissing animals is not my terrain either. I guess my appearance makes it seem like I'm nice, but I'm not." She snorted at the foal.

Rishy laughed as she looked hydro over. "a unicorn you say...i guess ive heard something about your kind. all good things happen to happen when a unicorn is around. well i guess you cant help what your are born as...its not your fault that you look like a tree hugger." she shrugged her shoulders and turned away from hydro. she had better things to do that chit chat with happy, peppy ponies. she began to walk down the stream. "i wonder if there are any good rabbits around here .well im hungary so if your a good hunter then you can come, but you scare off my meal and i swear you will be my breakfast." with that she turned her nose towards the forest taking in all the smell to see if anything was close by.

Hydro glared more at the little foal getting more and more annoyed every time she talked. “Yes I guess that is the myth behind us, but that doesn’t mean every single one of us has that ability.” She told her before stomping one hoof in the ground hearing her talk about food. A horse that ate meat? She didn’t ask anything, but rather put meat eater and Skinwalker together. Now she understood why they were feared, but didn’t think they would be feared until they were older so she didn’t have to worry right now. “I don’t hunt. Unicorns don’t have to hunt since we don’t eat meat.” She said as she walked after her a bit slowly flicking her tail behind herself. “I will keep my distance from you and the prey. How does that sound?” She asked before rolling her eyes and snorting in annoyance. “If your this bad as a foal I wonder how you will be as an adult.” She said to the little Skinwalker.

Rishy threw her head back and laughed. "as an adult i shall be a fearsome killer. no one will receive mercy from me. you just wait and see i shall be ruthless and blood will flow in my wake." with that she turned into the forest and dropped into the hunters crouch. "now little missy, stand back and watch how a real hunter gets breakfast." she soundlessly crawled along the floor tracking for any new scents. there were some old mice trails, but Rishy was uninterested. she wanted something bigger, something more impressive. deeper into the woods she found a rabbit trail that was fresh. she followed it to a hole between two roots of a large tree. she could smell the rabbit inside. she waited in a bush for the rabbit to come out.

Hydro raised her brow at the little skinwalker not really seeing what she was talking about happening in any kind of future. “Well then I will be sure to stay away from you when your older.” She said as she followed her growing a little annoyed at herself since she was actually willing to see this runt hunt. Hearing her, she stood back and watched the little one seeing how she got when she was about to take a life. In a way, it scared her and then it turned to fascination. Typical of her to see things this way.. Following the foal, she treaded lightly on the ground making sure she didn’t tread too hard so that prey would run away. Seeing her hide behind a bush, she hid herself behind a tree with some brush around it. She would hide there until the rabbit is caught or it runs away. Either way she was stuck there for the time being.

the forest noises faded as Rishy focused all her attentions on the rabbit hole. she would hear the small noises of feet coming from inside. Rishy grew absolutely still, all of her muscles tense and ready to spring the moment the rabbit appeared. rishy could smell her prey as she saw its nose appear out of the hole...not enough to grab yet. the rabbit slowly edged its way out, sniffing for danger. Rishy had planned her hiding place so that she was down wind of the rabbit. she had not planned for the winds to change direction, bringing her scent directly to the rabbit. she saw the fear in the rabbits eyes as it caught her scent. time seemed to slow down as Rishy sprung from the bush, her right paw connecting with the rabbits head just as it had turned to the safty of its hole. her claws dug deep into the warm fur. the even warmer blood got on her fur as she landed and slit the rabbits throat making for a quick kill. glorious was the smell that filled the air. Rishy could do little to stop herself from tearing into the rabbits side and feast on its warm flesh. she had completely forgotten about the uni mare that had been following her.

Hydro watched in slight horror as the young foal killed the rabbit with sick delight. It made her sick to her stomach, but she wasn’t going to let that bother her too much since she was the one that said it was alright. Seeing that the female didn’t even remember she was there, she shook her head and walked closer to her slowly not wanting to be attacked from the young one’s blood rage she had going on at the moment. “Hmmm quite the hunter?” She said to her before shaking her head not bothering to look at what was left of the rabbit. “So is this all your kind does? Kill?” She asked curiously because she wanted to know more about the skinwalkers mainly so that she could know to stay away from their and their vicious nature.

Rishy was pulled from her delight at the kill by Hydro's voice. she turned slowly with a hiss of warning before answering the mares question. "Kill?" she laughed and began to lick her paws clean. "thats usually the outcome. but why not have some fun first. there are more than one way to kill something. im not really one to talk though. compared to the others of my species im a docile kitten. i kill when im hungary and have yet to find fun in torture." she stood and shook herself letting her emotions from the hunt die down. "it only makes sense for us to kill. look at me. when i grow i will be the perfect killer. my claws sharp enough to pierce through hid, my teeth long and made for tearing flesh. heightened hearing and smell along with my pelt as camouflage make for the perfect hunter." Rishy grinned showing off her baby teeth. "everyone was made for something. even you unicorn. that horn of yours would be little help in a true fight, so it must be for something more."

Hydro listened to her and thought closely on her words seeming as if she was analyzing them long and hard. “Hmm I can see that. I have noticed that cats like to play even the little feline species I sometimes see in the woods. So the wolf breed of your kind I heard is vicious? I’m not so surprised because they are wolves.” She shrugged and looked to the little female more seeing how she explained herself making her more interested in learning. “I see. Well then you will be a big bad kitty when your older. Hmmm…but I wonder…will you be my enemy?” She asked her tilting her head a bit and flicking her tail not showing any kind of expression on her muzzle at all. “That is true. Though I’m not sure what use this horn is. I know our kind has medicinal purposes, but haven’t heard anything else really.” She said some thinking on the statement.

Rishy was suspicious. could this unicorn hurt her? Hydro was much bigger and older, and probably had more experience in fighting. Rishy thought of the best way to answer the question. if she told Hydro she would be an enemy would the unicorn attack? Rishy figured that acting innocent was the best way to go. "well i cant be sure of weather ill be your enemy or not. ive heard of blood rages and sometimes ive lost control, so its hard to tell. maybe as i get older ill get more vicious and ill lose control all the time, or maybe ill get wiser and ill know who to attack and who to avoid. I dont like this question." Rishy did not like this feeling of being cornered.

Hydro looked at Rishy listening to her answer and feeling content from it. “Alright I will take that answer into consideration. I probably won’t be your enemy unless you do something to me. So don’t worry about it.” She told the little one before flicking her tail some. “I’m sorry. I just wanted to know how you felt about that whole enemy thing. Mainly because you don’t look too vicious now and when you get older I’m sure you will be. Though I must say it would be nice to get someone like you as an ally.” She told her with a slight smile. “So what should we do now?” She asked her trying to think of something that would interest them both.

"do now?" Rishy tilted her head thinking of fun things to do. "ive never really thought of what to do, things just kind of happen...but since im thinking now, how do you feel about a game of tag." she smirked and began to walk deeper into the forest. "but not the normal tag...oh no...this is a much funner tag. in my game we play tag with skunks, only they dont know it! thats the fun part." she laughed and began to smell the air. skunk was a hard scent to miss, and if she remembered correctly there was a den of them that she stumbled apon last night. "its simple. we take turns, one of us has to run up to the skunk and try to tag it without being sprayed. if you are sprayed then...you lose!" Rishy was totally making this up as she went, but it sure would be fun to watch the unicorn try and tag a skunk.
