So how many here actually made their own custom profile?
Do you use the gaia default?
Do you use one found on tektek.org?
Did you purchase one?
Did you make yours yourself?
For those who made their own please showcase your work here! Did you buy one? Let us know about the person who made it.
If you think you can sell me one for a reasonable price show me your stuff and let me know.
Here are 3 people who I think make EXCELLENT profile pages:
1) Angel Aiko
2) plexi_lexi
3) Desirable Ai

Fish Ho I am planning on making my own...... if i was better with CSS xd I have to say looking at all 3 of those peoples profiles. I think that plexi_lexi's is the best - because it moves eek HOLY SHEET!

Adding the animations is fine. I still like Angel Aiko's the best. It's very..subtle.

I haven't even tried customizing mine yet. My friend, who started Gaia a year later than me, is already up on customizing his sweatdrop

I think Yuki's profile is too...blue. And the music is overwhelming. Plexi's profile is the most original, but I do agree that Angel's is elegant in its simplicity.
As for me, I just have a cookie cutter layout from tektek.org because I am too lazy to do my own. blaugh

Right now I'm using a Ragnarok Online theme I found from tektek.org. Pretty cool theme I think.

I'm not really bothered to try and customize mine.
After all the trouble going through doing MySpace and Friendster, I'm not going to bother.
I might..but not now.
