The savannah had a certain gleam to it when the full moon shone down upon it. Tikoto was perched upon her branch with her head tilted up to the sky, a wistful smile on her mug. A scattered array of egg shells covered her paws. It wasn't as good as the original, but even the knock offs had a certain taste to them.
She stretched out across the branch, knocking the dead mother bird off in the process. "Oops!" Tikoto grinned and waved, wincing as the body hit the rough terf. "Oh no! Mama bird, are you alright? Oh wait, I almost forgot. Of course your not! I ate your head." The dark lioness burst into a fit of giggles.

It was still a long ways from home for Yuan, but he wasn't about to go back and check in with the royals just yet. Yuan still had a lot to see and a lot to take from these lands.
Right now he was on his way to a small pride he heard about that had a supposed magical stone they worshiped. Yuan planned on taking that stone some how. Course he didn't plan on keeping it. Something like that would be a well worth trade down the line for something even better.
Rule number one, there was always something better then what you have.
Rule number two, everything is yours for the taking.
Giggles stopped the male in his tracks. Some one was having a good time. Yuan turned course toward the tree he was hearing such giggles from. A headless bird greeted him.
Yuan looked up.

A long, scraggly tail dripped down the branch like a miasma. With her stomach satisfied for the time being, Tikoto took sight of her surroundings. The ocean was coming for her. A shapely ocean, she noticed, with little spots on it's face and the body of a male.
She smiled coyly. It was a male. "Good evening, pet." A string of blood ran down the corner of her mouth. It didn't seem to phase her in the least. Nothing ever did. Her senses were as dead to the world as they were the day she collapsed from her mother's womb.

Yuan stared up at the dark lioness. It was like a horror movie how she stared down at him with blood hanging from her mouth. Yuan wasn't easily scared off though.
"My my my, aintcha a sight for sore eyes.." Sarcasm tainted his words a little. He tilted his head up at her. "What'reyadoingwayuptherelassy?" Yuan usually spoke fast when he was conning others to confuse them. Now it seemed that the fast speech mixed with his accent just seemed to fit. Half the time he didnt realize he was speaking so fast.

Tikoto's eyes sparkled with mirth. She licked her lips with a little 'pop' and slithered up onto her paws for a stretch. A sea of bird fetus scraps and egg shells tumbled to the ground like rain.
Gods' blood! Did he even breath while he talked? She caught 'doing' and 'lassy' and assumed he was talking to her since he was still looking this way. "You sound different." Her voice came out sweet and seductive, though crazed and snake like. Tikoto stretched her claws out onto the branch with a moan. " Ahhhh. I'm just having a little snack."

Yuan had to take a step back as bird fetus's rained down from above. Some splattered on him any way making his attempts seemingly worthless. His face remained relaxed, but he was a little grossed out. Had he stumbled upon some sort of goddess in mortal form, or was this lioness whacked out. Yuan didn't know.
Her voice made him forget all about the down pour of bird fetus.
"I wouldn't say that was a little," He gave her a suave smile, "Exotic tastes lass? " He kicked the mother birds head away from him.

"Mm'hmm." Tikoto all, but purred. She loved the ways his eyes blended with his fur. His coat wasn't dark at all, but his voice had her in his claws. The lioness leapt down to the ground to join him.
Her sharp shoulder's arched seductively until she slipped down to snatch up another nibble. She slurped it back like spagetti and smiled. "Most aren't very understanding of me. They find my ways crude and barbaric." Tikoto pouted dramatically. "I like how you said it better. 'Exotic tastes'. Not everyone can be like me."

Yuan didn't move when the lioness leapt down to slurp the remains of her victims. Who was he to judge, honestly, he was no better. Stealing from those who were innocent. Morals? What where those again?
"Ah I don't see anything wrong with your tastes." He personally wasn't into birds in general but to each their own. Yuan sat down and licked at his paw cleaning his face. It was something he often did to get more comfortable.
"Mind telling me what you're doing out here all alone? Doesn't seem like theres a pride for miles.." Yuan said every word as clear as he could. He was digging. Hopefully he hadn't stumbled on some odd pride, if he had, he'd turn tail now and find some where else to roam.

His words put a bounce in her heart that wasn't there before. Orchid eyes sparkled like a normal lioness' for a moment all of their own accord before tweaking to 'normalcy'.
She watched his movements intently before moving forward, curling around to his backside. "Would you like some help?" It was the first time she'd ever offered to help another lion in any way at all, and for a moment the word caught in her throat.
Picking out a few scraps from her claws, she made sure they were clean incase he took her up on the offer. "I go here and there without a pride of my own. I only came this way to visit my son, but he didn't want me." She pouted.

Yuan had been asked if he wanted help before but not by some one he wasn't trying to trick into getting help from. His face went blank, she wanted to help him? A dark smile curled on his maw, help? Why not.
"Sure, I'd love some company. Im all alone too," It was only half a lie after all. He was a member of a pride but they let him do what ever he wanted to do and go where ever hell he wanted to go. Best gig ever, it gave him a reason to steal and take what he wanted.
This lioness seemed like she'd be interesting company. Not one to nag him about his dirty thieving ways. They didn't call him a crocodile for nothing after all.
"Come on, lets walk," He started off, oh this was the start of something fun.

Tikoto all but purred at his answer. It didn't matter to her what his objectives were or what he would do in the end, but for the moment she was wanted. That made all the difference in the world.
"Do you have a place in mind, master?" She whispered seductively, quirking her maw up in a twisted smile as she slithered after him. The spot of wing man was easily filled by her though the demon inside was starting to rage. Tear him, rip him up; devour. 'Not now,' she thought. It was much too early in the game for that. Besides, he might be more useful alive.

Yuan raised a brow, Master. Master? Wait.. A place in mind? Hmm.
"Anywhere. Doesnt matter to me." He had all the time in the world to go anywhere of his choosing after all. Yuan was in no hurry to get to any one place unless there was a promise of treasure.
"We can go anywhere in the world. Where do you want to go," He put the most emphasis on the word you.

She slipped up beside him at an easy trot, rolling her orchid eyes to the sky in thought. "Where to go, where to go?" It would have to be someplace wonderful. Most definately. But where?
Her maw curled up into a slow, twisted grin as she lowered her head to settle her gaze on his. "If you mean what you've said, you'll take me someplace grand." Tikoto pawed at the ground teasingly with her mane flopping over one eye. "Show me a mountain that burns. I want to go to Hell."

The lions eyes widened. What. She wanted to go to a volcano? To each their own. Hmmm, now that he thought about it maybe there was something useful there that he could have. Some kind of rare stone.
"Alright, but you better keep up," He changed direction with out even saying anything. He knew where a fire moutain was. Would be a whiles away but they'd get there. Now if it would be active when they got there , that was up to the moutain it self.
"Its a whiles away. So we should probably find some where to sleep."

"Yes, Master!" She chirped, extremely pleased with how today was going for her. Demons lived in the firey mountains and thats what she wanted; a demon. They were the pinnacle of what a lion could become if they played their cards right which was exactly what she strived for.
If only she knew she was already there.
"Sleep?" Tikoto snarled, clearly disgusted by the idea. She was used to walking til her legs gave out underneath her, but then again, pain was the highest form of pleasure to the twisted lioness. "Why not push on? We've got a good start."
