I have yet to test .hack, but I'll give you a list of games I think everyone should play. And I'm no gamer so it is a VERY important list ;]

Secret of Mana II (or Seiken Densetsu III as it is also called)
Oh. My. Gosh. I can't stop telling people to play this game. It is a Super Nintendo game, and it is B E A utiful, the characters are very likeable and the class change system is nice. The story isn't very deep and sometimes it can be a little tedious to get from one place to another. Still, check it out!

Machinarium
A super hard flash game made by Amanita Design. It is very beautiful and it made me mad many times because I'm so stupid/it's so hard. Wait, did I say it was beautiful? IT LOOKS AWESOME!

That Machinarium game looks quite interesting, I haven't seen it before. What's the plot of it? (I don't think wiki said biggrin )

Emulators really are. I have Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Minish Cap, Pokemon Stadium and all these awesome games I wanted ages ago but couldn't get but now I do thanks to emulators.

One person is a narrator/game facilitator. And depending the size of the group, some will be randomly chosen to be mafia members, some will be doctors, and some will be detectives. The rest are civilians with no special abilities.

Objective of the mafia is to kill everyone else. They will work as a team. The objective of everyone else is to kill of the mafia members. But since the roles are assigned randomly and the roles cannot be revealed by the cards used to designate them, you'll have to go by the players' words that they are who they say they are.

First, everyone closes their eyes. Narrator tells the mafia members to open theirs. Then silently, they agree to kill off one person in the group. Narrator remembers who is chosen, mafia members close their eyes again.

Then doctors wake up. They silently agree to save one person from the mafia's hit. Narrator remembers who is chosen, doctors close their eyes again.

Detectives wake up. They silently agree on person and await the narrator's answer. The narrator will nod yes if the chosen person is a mafia member, or shake his or her head otherwise. The detectives remember this info and close their eyes.

Everyone then opens their eyes. Narrator makes up a story about what happened during the night time (when they closed their eyes) or go straight to the point if he or she is boring. The narrator will say who was targeted by the mafia, and the targeted will die unless the doctors picked that person to save. And once the person dies or doesn't die, the group will begin discussing who they think the mafia are.

Two people will be voted to be tried, each must have two nominations from the group. They then give their defense, rebuke the accusations, and finally the group excluding the two accused will vote on one of them to die. Then that person will die and his or her role is revealed. Mafia kills don't reveal roles, though some people will play this differently and every death is revealed or not revealed.

This is one round. Then this process is repeated until all the mafia members are killed off or if remaining mafia members = remaining others. The latter case would mean the mafia team has won.
