Originality. Try as much as you can to be original. Now a days everything has been done, weither you think it hasn't been done, it has...So the only way to be original is to tweak a few things. I've been here for a few years and I can honestly say that is something that is lacking on gaia.
For a new guild..just use one show..and have 4 major PPV a year. WWE has been doing that was years why not do the same. Look at where they are at.. If you don't think four is enough okay then..do six or five..or even have 2 major events...In this guild I own, ICW, there are three major events. The chase the Case challenge, the Best Of The Rest tournament, and our on take at Wrestlemaina aka Super Brawl!
Find five active rpers. These five people have to be people that care about Role Playing. For Example in WWE:E If it hadn't been for Mike Landry that guild would have probably died early. He was one those people that no one really paid attention to except by his own kliq aka the Twisted Flow Kliq, 2.0., Matt Stone, Nuke Fusion, and Randy. After holding the belt for that short amount of time. He helped get WWE:E that exposure to have someone like Cartwright join the guild. With Carts name in the guild helped more people joined. So on and so forth. But not trying to take anything from Nuke because he would send invites everywhere.
