Best way to blend herbs

i fell a little weird asking this for a weird reson but i was looking in the recipes and can aross a part for blending herbs fro use in tea, any on have a good way to do this

Depending on how finely you want them ground up, you can use a coffee grinder or a mortar/pestle. In general though, for making tea, there are any number of infusers (I'm a particular fan of french presses), where you can just throw the herbs in and let it steep (no real mixing required).
