Princess Pocket Lint settled herself in a small clearing. It was peaceful, only the sounds of crickets singing disturbed the otherwise quiet area. Her eyes drifted close, in attempt to sooth herself in the peaceful environment. She tried so hard to quiet the very suspicions that would rile her up and make her nervous. No, she didn't want that anymore. It was too stressful.
The mare took in long, even deep breaths in attempt to achieve a meditative state, but something always came into her thoughts to prevent her from achieving the state of mind she wanted.

Cold, that was the one thought on her mind - it was cold. She didn't like the cold that Eilir was sure of, though it was lovely to look at and it afforded a lovely view of the night sky which the summer didn't permit. The crisp air of the winter allowed the stars to be seen nicely.
Afraid of the woods, once out of sight of the teepee the herd she was with lived in she'd hurried for a clearing. She didn't like the idea of being in the woods alone, where anything could be watching her waiting to pounce...and well...never mind best not to think of such things.
Small hooven feet sunk into the snow as the Usdia stepped out between some bushes and tree, and into a clearing. An exal of air left her, she was safe...or safer in her opinion. What she wasn't expecting to see however was another soquili...to be more precise it was another Usdia like herself.

Princess Pocket Lint frowned. Her attempts to sooth her normal nervous self was beginning to look unfruitful. Maybe it was the cold that distracted her from achieving the peaceful state of mind. The unconscious being bothered that she needed to tense her body every moment with the passing cool chills over her short coat. The clench of her jaw to prevent her teeth from chattering bothered her too. The mare sighed, allowing her body to naturally do these things. It couldn't be helped.
Her eyes reopened to look around her. First, her instincts kicked in to look for any sign of danger, before she took her surroundings. Her dull blue-gray eyes searched the area, surprised to find a bright green usdia mare. Feeling a bit tense, the mare didn't know what to do. It had been a while since she had talked to someone other than her childhood friends. The nervous mare shook visibly, whether it was from the cold or being scared, it was not determinate.

Green eyes stared, unblinking, at the other usdia. She too was scared and shivering from the cold as well. If her hooves were close together she knew she'd hear them clicking, and clacking, together. Rather though she was sure she could hear her own teeth grinding together in an effort to not let them click and clack together from the cold.
How she wished to be back in the teepee right now. Finally she blinked and got her mind working again, the fear that she'd felt leaving her. She shouldn't be scared of another Usdia, really she didn't look scary at all.
"H-hi!" Her voice high and stuttering from the cold as she shivered again.

Observing the mare in front of her, she didn't seem too scary. She had the markings of some kind of green butterfly.
She was still nervous; her shaking visible from a distance. To think that she would be used to the usdia breed already, but any one new caused such nervousness. "Ah... h-hello.." She said timidly and nervously. Her eyes would flicker from down to the ground to meeting the green eyes of the other usdia mare's.

"C-cold out...didn't think I'd see another Usdia out in this." Being so tiny being cold was something they became easy, at least that was her case. She'd give nearly anything to be warm right now but she'd come out here for a reason.
"I'm Eilir, may I ask...your name?" Came the shaky and nervous question. She was nervous, but not because she was scared of being hurt or anything, she was nervous over the other liking her and maybe wanting to be her friend. She didn't know any other Usdia, aside from Chimere. A new Usdia friend would be very nice, so she was nervous over them maybe not wanting to be a friend.

Princess Pocket Lint continued to rationalize her fear. If the mare was something to be scared of, then she would have done so already! Then, her fear crept up on her again. But, what if she was waiting to have her trust, and then scare her! Her ears flicked back at the thought, and looked at the mare apprehensively.
"I-it is c-c-c-old." She said, stuttering which could have been easily covered by the fact that it is cold. The usdia's tiny body shivered in attempts to get warm, but maybe trying to relax in a cold environment was not the best idea. "It w-was cold in P-pocket's home anyways." She said in quieter tone.
Deciding that she could trust the mare for the moment being, the mare nodded her head slowly. "E-eilir?" She tried to say, but stuttered halfway in. "M-my name is P-Princess P-p-pocket Lint." She said, taking a bit longer because she was cold and stuttering. She had to think, the mare could not do anything to hurt her or scare her if she had her name.
