It's been bugging me for longer than I like to admit. I want to know how many members visit this area, and more importantly, do you visit regularly?
We mods try to organize all the really important information in here as a separate place for people to help discuss and bring ideas in to make the guild better, but I notice that its usually just a select few of the same members who really get into the brainstorming aspects of this area. So I want to know how much traffic we get in here, namely because I want to know if it's worth it to keep all this information in a separate subforum.
Do you think the Care-Taker's Office is good as is? Or do you think it would be better to keep this info up front in the main guild forum? It's subforums vs. main forums, people! ChoOOOOooose!

Remember we prefer discussions on our Guild Polls to give us a better idea!!!
Personally I prefer as is. I love our subforums because they're well organized, and most importantly: not CLUTTERED. Combining the two subforums (while it is a good point) will make the most informative subforums look more cluttered.
Personally I abhor guilds that I visit with five or six stickies and announcements and stuff, it just looks messy to me, and I would hate to see HPGoG get messy. I like the format we have now because it's easier to see threads that are really important and stuff.

I choose subforum. I like it the way it is. Not in the main guild forum. It would make the main forum too cluttered, and I think it works quite nicely with all the information that is in the Care Taker's Office in it's own subforum (the way it is now).
As for how much I'm here, I check this subforum at least once (normally a couple times) every time I log on to Gaia (which is almost every day, often a couple times a day). I post my thoughts as much as I can, though I often don't have any ideas for events. But I still comment on others' ideas. And I really like the graduates topic since it seems everything is starting to be worked out and finalized, though it seems to have sort of died recently.

I agree with the two above me. I like this how it is. I actually come here every time I check on the guild. It's perfect the way it is heart

I like it the way it is, as a subforum. It helps keep all the info about the guild and whatnot organized by putting it in one little subforum.
I usually check the subforum about every other time I get on Gaia. I don't post a whole ton in there, but I get my ideas in. I am a part of the HM so I mainly check to see if there are any important messages in the Editor's Office that I need to see.
So to wrap it all up, I would have to say keep it the same and I come here sort of frequently.

{Sorry I'm only posting now... Haven't been able to access a computer in more than two weeks}
I think it would be a good idea to keep it the way it is. I check on it atleast every other day to see if there is anything new. Sometimes I don't have anything worthwhile to contribute, or my idea has already been thought of by someone else, so I won't always post. I always try to keep up with what the guild is trying to do though.
