Have an idea for a tickle picture that you'd like to see, but don't have the time/patience/skill/whatever to make it?
Make a request! Just be sure to:
1. Request things that you don't care which artist does it. If you want a specific artist, you're better off PMing, IMing, emailing, or whatever.
2. Request, not demand. An artist might choose to do it, or it might never happen, but being demanding is a good way to get people to ignore your request.
3. On the other hand, pleading and begging might be going too far in the other direction. Preferably, you just calmly state what you'd like to see, and perhaps it'll get done by somebody.
4. Follow the site TOS and guild rules in your request. Don't ask for anything that goes against them. If you're wondering why this one is necessary for me to include, given that the entire site requires the one and the entire guild requires the other too, well, it's because some people aren't like you, and need a reminder that yes, those apply to this thread, too.
5. Be descriptive of what you want in the picture. Is there a particular character you want as the ticklee(s) and/or the tickler(s)? Say who, and if he or she is from a work or series, say what it is, even if you think everybody should know. Because not everybody does. And maybe there's a character you don't know about that has the same name. Family names can be helpful, too. Is there anything in particular that you want the 'lee and/or the 'ler to be wearing? Say what. Mood(sadistic/playful/affectionate/etc.)? Any spot(s) in particular that you want to see being tickled? Say where. Setting? Say where. Tools? Say what. Anything else you can think of? Put it in.
6. Anything you don't want, but which you think might be included if you don't say otherwise? Say so. You probably don't need to specifically mention things that are already against the rules, but whatever.
Want to actually do a tickle picture, but don't have an idea of what to do?
1. Unless you get a better idea, if you're going to do a request, do what's requested. If you divert, just note that it diverges from what was asked for.
2. Content should not violate... you know.
3. Try to post links, not images. Some people, myself included, are on dial-up. We don't want to be sitting here for who knows how long waiting for an image that we may or may not be interested in to load.
4. In the same vein, identify your link. If you don't know how to make a link that's words instead of a URL, put a description out to the side.
Or maybe, just maybe, you know of a work that satisfies the request.
1. If the work doesn't also violate the site TOS or guild rules, post the link!
2. As with the artists, identify!
3. If a piece is not yours, give credit! Or at least say it's not yours!
I have my own ideas, but that's for a reply.

Tickler Attitude: Affection (friendly/brotherly/sisterly/parental/etc., as appropriate); fun
Ticklee Attitude: Enjoyment
Tickle Spot(s): Tummy, preferably bare; underarms, preferably bare
Tools: Fingers
Restraints: Restraints not preferred
Other: If the 'lee's tummy isn't being tickled, then I do like to see a cute bellybutton. Hey, if the 'ler is female, then seeing hers would not be amiss. (geddit? geddit?) Also, I like to see fingers against skin, or at least clothing, and not just an arm disappearing.

I just saw the film Spirited Away, so of course, my thoughts are of Chihiro being tickled by:

In the case of Lin, it might be cute if Chihiro were in that one outfit, allowing unimpeded access to her underarms. smile
