That stupid caster shield for Holy Pallies and Ele/Resto shamans in regular Pit of Saron. I've been tanking that place over and over again nonstop for almost three days for my boyfriend, who's trying to gear a holy pally up for 2's. I'm so sick of seeing that blue/green color that just looking at anything in that color range makes me rage.
Another one? Quagmirran's Eye, back in TBC. I ran Heroic Slave Pens with a mage EVERY FRACKING DAY for three months trying to help him get that trinket :/ FML
Ever try to get something from a dungeon that was such an irresistibly wonderful upgrade, and it never freaking dropped?

My boyfriend has the worst luck when it comes to loot.
He's been doing ICC every week and a bunch of things just won't drop; or they do then someone else in the group has them.
I've seen that Mag'hari Chieftain's Staff drop everytime too. Haha.
I on the other hand; whatever I need almost always drops; or I win the roll for it! XD
He's stuck with one piece of 251 gear; I have 5... and I've only been 80 for a month now. >3

My problem isn't loot that won't drop.
It's the fact that when it's loot I need, I always roll epic fails. In my guild, we have actually coined the term "Ald's trademark Fail Roll". lol

I never have any good luck with getting things to drop. When ToC came out, I ran it on heroic (the 5-man, not the raid) for over two months to get that stupid caster mace to drop. I still haven't seen it, but I've long given up since there's far better loot out now.
Now I'm trying for some other items from ICC. No luck yet.
I did see the hilt drop in H razz oS. Of course, I lost the roll. :I

When TOC first came out our MT repeatedly ran the normalmode for the Black Heart and didnt get it for a few weeks. After it finally dropped it dropped like every time after as well. Was lols.

Oh wait, I have seen it drop, and the idiot ret paladin (He was actually pretty dumb, not saying ret paladins are dumb. That's debatable) who didn't even have epic flight yet won the roll. I would have even bought it from him but I had just gotten my epic flight earlier and had like 200g.

A tank in my guild was looking to get The Black Heart from reg ToC. I think he had to run it over 100 times before he got it.

Stupid Elemental Shaman boots in Heroic Pit of Saron -_- Ran it every single day so far and haven't seen them drop.
Back in BC I farmed Kara weekly for Trial-Fire Trousers or something like that from the Opera Event. After about six months I saw them drop and a Shadow Priest that had come in for just that boss won the roll.

Dragonspine Trophy from Gruul. Only had it drop once, and when it dropped the idiot master looer, looted it to the wrong person. Somewhere out there, there is a Mage running around with one of the best TBC melee trinks. gonk

been trying and trying like a fiend for it(mainly because it looks freakin awesome) but to no avail.
the goddamn shammy one drops all the time and since its the same model it gets my hopes all a fluster when i see the image macro of it and then BAM i see the spell power and sigh

I ran Pit of Saron heroic like...I think 45 or 50 times in one day, thats just tedious walking in, owning all the trash looking for hilt, and then resetting. 3 Dropped, the group makeup was 4 ppl, a mage, a ret pally, a tank, and me, a dk. Mage won it, then tank won it for offsped, then ret pally got it. My rolls were a 4, a 9, and a 31. The last one was given to me by default since everybody else had one. =/ But then again its a rare drop.

Pit of Saron is the worst place of loot that never drops, it seems.
In good news, that caster shield finally dropped. I never want to go back there again.

Yea, last night after posting my post, another hilt dropped, and some guy in the group bought it from me for 9.5k. I got epic flying, dual spec, and I maxed out inscribing and my jewelcrafting with the other like 4k I had left afterwords. I should post in this guild more, maybe its a good luck charm =/

lets see, every piece of gear a dk can use in the new 5-mans. i only see caster gear drop or some pally-plate. also the battered hilt never drops for me.
