Reminds me of my friend and something that happened... Kinda went like this...
Random Girl: *singing fireflies*
My Friend: God, if I hear one more chick sing that im going to cry
Me: *silence*
Random Girl: *continues to sing*
My Friend: HEY CHICK! I bet you wouldnt believe your eyes if Adam Young sent those fireflies to light your butt (not the actual word used. Just trying to keep it clean) on fire, huh?
Random Girl: *long period of silence* Who the hell is Adam Young?"

my boyfriend doesn't like the song 'fireflies' but when he was listening to my ipod he came across 'if my heart was a house' hheres the conversations
him: whats this amazing band? its sweet.
me: thats Owl City
him: that firegay dude?

him: oh.. i guess he isn't as bad as i .. thought.

lol i was on a bus going to leavenworth for a choir feild trip when 2 girls started singing fireflies, then justin, one of the choir guys we bug, said "god not this song again!!!' so the 2 girls stopped then almost all the girls on the bus started singing firefies XD
