The female or male thing matters very much. For instance, lions look very different when different genders. So, please fill out truthfully. We'll be able to make you look more like a girl or more like a boy. So, yeah--and chibi/realistic means your really easily drawn or more real life-y. Accessories mean bows, collars, bow ties, neck ties, earrings, hats, scarfs, hand-held buddies, etc.
Ears mean ear style, pointy or floppy, or if you want to be exact you could write a more detailed thing.
Long/short hair means long hair. Long hair tends to mix well with both ear styles. Short hair is also good with both ear styles, but, sometimes it tends to look different sometimes.
Action/pose means what the animal is doing, sleeping, crying, hugging someone, playing with yarn, smiling, standing, etc.
Other means any extra information. Examples like:

Color matters VERY much. Include your color preferences, if you want to, colors of the shadow && any extra info. The pic may take awhile, 'cause I'll be coloring in airbrush. HAVE FUN!!!!!!
