●● { Well, as this year wraps up, I thought it'd be appealing to discuss what's happened on Gaia this past year.
Some stuff I noticed for this year:
- Half-atars
- A lot more dark reds (P. Urns, Her Infernal Majesty, Queen Anne's...)
- A lot less 90's Pants (THANK GOODNESS)
Oh, and what I'm looking forward to in '10:
More matching pinks/purples D8<
Aristocratic items pleaaaaase (or at least make lolita items that look good on guys) D:
Better MCs
More frills and jewelry

Why have there never been MC shoes?

More alternate EI's in 2010 would make me happy, I love those. Also, MCs that dont suck, and perhaps a Ubber rare rig item that is not a puppy or a kitten? *Just saying,*
I do however realy want a north star or star kitten, they are so adorable!

And perhaps more pretty items for the events like the ones we got for christmas. 3nodding

Some really awesome affordable items would be great.
Like the caroling items, they were awesome, and they didnt cost 1090809489g
Also, another brief trend was Pokemon Trainers

I liked the caroling items this year. This is the first set that's ever been any color other than red, and it pleased me greatly. I actually squeed and frightened my friend in the next room.
You know what I DO miss though? Decent sized shop updates D: Remember when all the cowboy stuff came out? That was a massive update, the likes of which haven't really been seen since. Everything new is going into the cash shop or RIG's.
Why not RIG-like items available in shops where more users have access to them? That would be pretty awesome.
I agree; nice MC's would be good. I loved the new laurels, Pride of Hera is pretty neat because of all the bright blues and the peacock, and I melted when I saw the fluffy sheep in the Golden Fleece- but they don't pack the same punch as some of the older items. (Though I still think that 2k9 MC's were better than 2k8 MC's)
Trend at the end of the year; BOO and SIN digital racism during the event xp

 More aristocratic items I need too, I want more elegant-ish things. I laso want more prussian blue items, specially hair, I love that blue damit. D: I also want a huge shop update, I love gold shop, that's where I get most of my stuff, but it's not updated that much anymore. Another trend was background avatars, it died down already and it was very brief but I still like it and always will like it, lol.

For us to be able to buy the hair styles in the shop and keep them in our invintory!
That would be awesome! Expensive...but i would be able to keep the same hair and then switch it without having to buy it over and over again
