As a vice captain, you have the permission to send a guild announcement. You can send 1 announcement per day. Announcements can include links, and should include links. You can post a link to anything, and just by doing this:
Text here
When you send announcements, don't make them to long. I try to make them kinda short but kinda big. Readable, and not eye-breaking. Not to short, and nothing spammy. Before you send a announcement, you can test it in the "for the future..." subforum. You are aloud to view the crew forums, also.
Correcting the crew if they correct wrongly, should look like this:

I just bought a PS3. If I put a game disk in the PS3, it rejects it. Hm. Wonder what's wrong.
And they posted it in the chatterbox, it would be correct. But if the crew said this:
the crew
I don't think this belongs here. It belongs in the main forum. I may move this to the Recycle bin.
The crew is wrong. So a vice captain may jump in and say:
vice captain
Um, the crew, it belongs in the chatterbox. Chatterbox is like a endless, pointless spam box. If you have a problem with the rules you may contact our Captain and ask her herself.
If you move this to the Recycle bin, mew will probably notice. She'll be awful mad...
This is correcting the crew with the truth.
Now, fefe, if you come across something like this: Oh, and by the way, the crew posted this in the Chatterbox as a reply:
the crew
Um, if you spell wrong, we may ban you. Banning is for a short 24 hours. Please spell correctly, or you'll suffer horribly.
Now, we will correct your spelling but we will be terribly disappointed in you. It's AWFUEL to have to correct.
Note: They spelled awful wrong, spelling it awfuel.
Instead of agreeing but making fun for their error in spelling,
tell them spelling doesn't matter and neither does grammar. It's a pain in the back!
~If you have any questions tell me~
but this covers the basics.
