Why not do a Drum Corps? If it's becaue you're a woodwind player, just pick up guard or a brass instrument.

My problem is that college band won't ever be the same. Different people, different personalities. And I plan on going out of state to Utah for college(If I get into their band. stupid auditioning>.>)
Lucky for me, I'm a=only a sophomore, so I still have a while with my band. And also lucky, next yea I am only loosing about four of my band buddies, because that is all the seniors we will have, including the annoying flute sl who is my age who is graduating early. They are going to be loosing loads starting with my group and on though. Especially if we get all 40 freshman who are supposedly coming next year0.o

They're pretty cool people, I think you'd have fun in that band smile My high school band lost a lot of people when my class graduated too. The band is so small now and we're not getting many new people because our feeder school sucks. It makes me sad.

All i know is it is definately going to be a different experience. 225 people compared to my current 75 peopleXD
