Almost everyone lives here... almost. Just not the rich people... or... the poor people. No, this is the domain of the common folk, and it';s quite nice, too. Not as sparkly and shiny as section 1-A, but who cares? This place has character. There's a park and playground, for the kiddies, along with the living quarters. In general, a nice place to live, or just take a stroll through. Also, for visiters, if any, this is the best area to rent a motel room.
