The side of the mountain's base which leads to a series of tunnels that eventually leads one to Kumokagure.
Many turns and jumps are required to reach the almost impossible to find location of Kumokagure. It is said, one could get lost in the caves and wander in circles for days and not know. Thankfully, the people of Kumo know these routes.
There are only two ways the ships carrying the precious cargo can make it to the caves. Only two of the ice-cold waterways can take a man to the streams of Kumo.
ANBU generally scour these series of caves, knowing them inside out and blessing the ships with a safe passage to the hidden village. For years, even before the people of the clouds took refuge here, the Kumo Special Ops trained here.
The tradition is carried proudly.

Walking calmly the young Fubuki female followed her village leader the Raikage along with Raiden and Yokori. She was starting to feel a little bit of excitement course through her body. It felt good being in a team again, her first and last one hadn't lasted very long all thanks to that freak accident but now was not time to dwell on what had already happened. It was time to move forward, continue living her life but that didn't mean she had to forget the past.
Reaching their destination the girl finally stopped. Turning around she looked at the others, apparently while she had been thinking about things she had walked slightly faster then the others. Leaning agaisnt the cold stone wall she watched them as they made it to where she was.

Kai continued along the bridge actually quite unsure of how to leave the village. Once he got to the caverns he'd be totally fine but the huge amount of ANBU was unnerving him. He found himself wishing that one of the kids would just hurry and run ahead of him. Where was that enthusiasm!!!?
Continuing to walk with Mawagi ahead of Akati and Hitomi, he said nothing. He assumed they'd talk amongst themselves.
[do a training exercise of your choice on the road {eg. stretching, thinking for dex/int etc.} to represent travel time.]

Akati was walking with Hitomi, looking forward to Kai, then turning his head to her, then back to Kai, then her, then Kai, then her Kai, her, Mawagi, her, Kai, her.
"Hitomi-chan, I feel like running!" He then just leaped forward and sprinted quickly ahead, speeding past Kai a few seconds later. He was bouncing off the rocks, here and there. He saw an ANBU sitting on a large boulder, observing him run. He stopped and waved, but the ANBU used the body flicker to disappear.
"a**!" That was a foolish move on Akati's part, for the ANBU heard the insult, and gave him quite the fright with a "scary demon" henge no jutsu that made him almost pee himself. Of course, Akati figured it out later on who it was.
He walked on, and saw that the ANBU who scared him was not looking his way, so he though up the most scariest thing of all time, and used all of his might and power to change into this hideous beast!
He puffed into what looked to be a fat old lady, with warts, saggy bosom and the most atrocious hygiene. He then streamed in this most hidious of voices, making the ANBU turn around and obviously peed himself. Even his Mask cracked.
Akati dispelled the henge and fell on the ground laughing. The ANBU was tempted to get his revenge, but he was in need of a new mask, he body flickered away.

The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Hitomi calmly walked behind Kai until she felt a gust of wind pass by her, it was none other than Akati. Her lips formed into a soft smile as he seemed to be excited enough for the bother of them. Someone seemed to have had their share of sugar in the morning, or maybe it was coffee. Most likely coffee with the way he was running, which she had to admit he was pretty darn fast, or at least faster than what she had been expecting. It was a good thing though wasn't it? It meant if something happened he could quickly get away.
Keeping her eyes on her fellow genin she observed him as he encountered an ANBU member. Tilting her head she wondered what he would do. paying attention more to him then to her surroundings she didn't notice the small pool of water she was about to come across. Seeing what he did she couldn't help but crack up laughing, she kept her laugh soft though but with the cave it still echoed around a bit, but she stopped laughing when her foot hit water. Quickly she tried focusing the chakra in her feet so she would end up walking on it but she failed, her foot going through the surface with no problem. Taken off guard her body fell into the somewhat cold water falling face first. Fortunately it was only a foot deep but she still got wet. Sitting up in the pool she blinked and then laughed a bit. Standing up she now had an idea of something she could do.

Staring down at the pool of water below her Hitomi was planning on walking on it. It seemed interesting and it would be good training. Taking her attention off of the others she closed her eyes in concentration as she pictured herself walking on water. She couldn't help but wonder what it would feel like. walking on water. Would it feel just as solid as ground? Or soft? Well she would find out as soon as she managed to do so. Opening her eyes she got out of the pool of water and then slowly began to place her right foot down on the water, after she had collected chakra around it of course. Setting it down it seemed to stay so she took her left foot from the ground and began to put it on the water as well. Everything seemed to be going fine so far she was staying up but before her left foot was placed down her right foot sunk in the water causing her to fall in it again landing on her butt. Blinking again she got up. "Hmph..." It was harder then it seemed but she thought she was getting the hang of it. AFter a few more tries she was bound to get it.

Determined to succeed no matter how long it took Hitomi went to try again. She was already completely wet so there was nothing else that could happen, or was there? Neh probably not. Taking in a deep breath she slowly exhaled the air in her lungs through her mouth as she put her hands in front of her focusing her chakra to her feet. She would do this! It was a matter of controling her chakra right which she had been failing at so far. But from her mistakes she had an idea of what she needed to do. After a few seconds she thought herself ready and went to put her foot on the liquid surface, it fell completely threw and once again she found her body in the pool of water. Apparently people were wrong when they said third time was the charm.
Standing up she dripped onto the stone floor when she got out of the foot deep pool glancing over towards Akati she decided to invite him to join her. "Hey Akati want to join me doing this?"

Akati heard Hitomi call to him, and he saw that she was trying to walk on water. He would like a go, so he stepped on the water while concentrating his chakra as hard as he could into his feet. He felt like the water was solid for a brief movement before sneaking slowly into the water. He then fell over into the water.
"Ahhhhh!" Akati was a little frustrated, but he knew he could do this if he tried again, so he going out of the water and looked at it for a while.
"I can do this."

Akati walked forward and concentrated his chakra once more into his feet. He stepped on the water, and it felt slightly solid under his feet, though he did sink a bit. He jumped in success while shouting but lost his concentration and feel into water, getting even more wet.
He got up out of the water and looked over to Hitomi.
"Ha! I did it! But i got to perfect it now!"

Akati started to walk on the water thinking he had to down. But all that went down was him, into the water once more. He jumped back out of the water and shouted.

Akati tried again, did the same as what he had done before. Concentrated his chakra into his feet, and hit the water solidly for split second before sinking very very slowly into the water. he just waited until his feel hit the bottom before bothering to get out again.

Akati went face first into the water. He crawled out of the water and held his face in pain. The cold water helped, it quickly numbed his face which meant he could concentrate more on trying to walk on the water. He tried again but with no success. He slapped the water, punched it in frustration, and was even thinking of peeing in it. But Hitomi was right there, so he better not.

Akati couldn't even figure out what he was doing wrong now. Repeatedly falling into the water was starting to get really annoying. He even feel on Hitomi as she tried to walk on the water at the same time, causing an embarrassing moment for them both. Especially since Akati didn't like touching girls in case he touched them offensively. he quickly got up and walked down the water a bit.
