Kara was asleep on her cot feeling terrible. The night before she was working the tables and she was out all night. She woke up with a headache and made sure she was whole before sitting up and shaking off the sleep.

Corvoala was at a night out hunting for outlaws, but he noticed the slave. "Would you like some food?" says Corvoala.

Kara's eyes widened and she bows to him. "I'm so sorry for any disrespect." she said she saw the food and carefully took it from him. "T-thank you sir."

"I can also offer you your freedom, but currently I must meet with my men in my fortress, use this hawk to send for me when you need me." says Corvoala. He gives the food, and gets on his horse he rides off. A hawk flies inside and just looks around.

Kara looked at him wide-eyed as he left and looked at the hawk. She sat down and ate her food wondering if she'll see him again.

Kara looked startled at the noise behind her and sighed. She looked for some paper and a discared quill pen with some ink on it and worte a note to the man that gave her food. She tied it to the hawk and let it go back to its master.

Kara looked at him surprised. "Um...I was wondering if you really could get me away from here.." she said quietly. "I know I probably won't be much use to you but working here everyday and getting abused..I don't want that anymore." she told him.
