Board up the windows (I i have enough time), and then gather my reserves and guns and whatever the hell I need and get in the Expedition! To Staples!
But if I couldn't leave, then to my attic!

Probably not, I have a small house, and no weapons.
If anything, I would go up in my attic, and might have a chance of survival there.

Personally i would not be in my home but if i had some kind of sniper or an automatic weapon i would nail up the doors and walls, (except a part of one window) then i would throw some burning furniture out of the house (unless it was snowing) then through the part of the window i didn't cover up i would start picking off zombies.

All I have to do is whip out some of the many rifles my family owns.

I'd prolly hide out in my garage. board up the windows, And barricade the door with the massive toolboxes that are like 5 feet high and weigh like a gazillion pounds! then I'd supe up the dune buggy with all the sheet metal in the corner. I have an idea for a gunner seat on the rear. Think of a riot sheild with a slot in the front for a gun barrel, with a door in the rear. I'd use that for supply runs, While using my attic as a safe room. With all the proper barracation of the rest of the house.

I live in a small town so there shouldn't be too many zombies in it.
I would gather the weapons in my house. After barricading every window and door, except for the basement door. (Earth covers surrounds my basement on all sides except for one, which is where the garage is). I have a 1973 Monte Carlo that is made of steel so I would take that and armor it with sheets of metal. Make a few supply runs. Then move to my Aunt's house out in the middle of nowhere and hide there until it blows over. Making occasional supply runs when necessary.
If I don't do this then I will probably be some gun-ho crazy dude. With all the weapons I can get. Just trying to kill as many zombies as I can until either the zombie apocalypse ends with assistance from the government (military) or something, or just keep killing until one of them finally gets me. xp

Living at the 9th story of a building and having a metal door which cannot be opened from outside if you don't have a key is pretty much awesome.

I live in a cul-de-sac where the closest major town is 5miles away, being handy with knives and other blade type melee weapons id go to a friends house where hes got some guns "borrow" on of his guns and head into the mountains, looking for a nice cave to stay in. Then travel to Greenville or Greer as necessary for supplies, keeping my machete handy.

Well, you need to take refuge in either the 2nd floor (if you have more than one story) or the basement.
Since I have a 2 story house, i would take cover upstairs...as i destroy the stairs with an ax as i go up of course wink

Grab one of my guns and stay quiet. if it trys and gets in take it out with either a poormans suppressor or a crowbar.

Well I have a rather large assortment of guns and knives around my house, and everyone I live with knows how to use them...I think we should be fine...we always have plenty of food stocked up too...
