Just one little patrol, just to get the hang of things, this way she wouldn't disappoint the team, this way she wouldn't fall -over- trying to fight in... oh what would he sister call them when their mother wasn't listening? Sex-boots?
Actually she -liked- the boots to be honest, She just didn't much hold that she would -ever- be a good fighter.

She ran, jumped from one building to the next in a far more graceful practiced arc than her first 30 minutes or so out here, she was wearing down but my god. To think that she could -do- this, it was like flying, a few moments when gravity released her before pulling her back down again.

((and pulling her back down that had resulted on one skinned knee and a bruised funny bone... never mind the undignified landing on her posterior the -other- time thanks to a gravely roof.))

She really did fancy she was doing much better. Now she just had to work on the fighting part, instead of just the 'getting to, and getting away' bits.

Argo Navis was lazily sitting over the edge of a building, peering down as the odd person walked by. They didn't seem to notice the senshi keeping a watchful eye. Perhaps because she made no motion to actually do anything. She was bored, and the only reason she was out patrolling at all was because it was a smidgen less boring that hanging around in her room all night.

Unlike the senshi who was currently (and unbeknown to Navis) leaping from rooftop to rooftop, Navis had opted to simply climb up the fire escape. It reminded her a bit of climbing trees when she had been a kid. Good times.

Kicking her feet back and forth, not unlike a small child in wait for something exciting to happen, Navis listened to the spurs of her boots click against the brick side of the building, a bit of debris falling towards the ground. Through all her boredom, she had to admit, it was beautiful up there.

Hopefully, though, something would happen. Otherwise she was going to fall asleep and take a rough landing to her face. Not the best sort of outcome she wanted. Stretching she sighed and finally pulled herself to her feet.

Was gonna be a long night at this rate.

"Bravo!" from the other side of the roof came a slow applaud. "You're getting much better, darling. Keep it up and soon you'll be able to walk straight in those shoes."

An agent of the Negaverse was staring at MuCephi, and apparantly had been watching her as she practiced (and fell). She (he?) was tall, with limbs almost a little too long to be called normal, or maybe it was the night shadows playing tricks on the senshi's vision?

"Oh, you must forgive my voyeurism, I couldn't help but watch such a pretty thing, even if she is clumsy. I figured it would be more polite of me to introduce myself. I am Variscite, a lieutenant of the Negaverse and our lovely queen. Now that that is over..."

Variscite stretched, letting her long, clawed fingers glint in the moonlight.

"How about we get down to my business of killing you, all right? Please don't be too upset, I do hate to see ladies cry. But, you must realize, it's for a very important cause. Our beautiful queen needs to be released in the full glory that she once had..."

It was obvious that the Negaverse lieutenants didn't know about Beryl's possession of Nealite yet.

"... And in order for us to do that, we need Star Seeds. Senshi Seeds are especially potent, I hear. Now, as a loyal knight to my stunning queen, it is my duty. But I'm in a good mood, so I'll give you a choice. How would you prefer for me to take your Star Seed? Do you want it to be immediate or would you feel better if I gave you a kiss or two first?"

"Oh...not ag..." She started to protest before recovering her dignity and straitening. He... or She...or It perhaps was oddly tall, she felt the briefest surge of hope that perhaps it was Caine again, but as it continued speaking the hope vanished.

"A lady never kisses, or gives up her star seed on the first date, I'm sorry to disappoint, Perhaps if you preferred courtship I'd consider it..." She bantered squeezing her nails into her abraded palm, she'd nearly ruined the long gloves, but all things considered for her attack that was a very -good- thing all the sudden, as was her skinned knee even if it -did- smart.

"You negaversers really get around don't you, I'm Sailor MuCephi - Senshi of Blood." She introduced herself and raised her abraded hand prepared. almost like she were waiting to be invited to a waltz.

Something in the air caused Navis to look up from the ground. Her brow furrowed and she found herself straining to hear... well, something. But what was it? The voices were quiet from her current perch. Walking towards the sounds, she found herself hearing what sounded like another senshi?

And that senshi sounded a little more than perturbed.

Well, looked like it wasn't going to be as boring an evening as she had originally expected.

"Courtship?" Variscite repeated. "I'm not too sure I like the sound of that. I am a gentleman, though so I could always amuse you before the end." She reached out to take MuCephi's raised hand, inviting her to that invisible waltz.

"Care to dance? I would ask if you wanted me to take you for a ride around town, but I left my car elsewhere. Shame, really... three people in a car would've been fun."

Variscite turned around and looked at the direction that Argo Navis was coming from.

"Three?" She started to ask casting a breif glance towards the new comer. Oh dear, she hoped very much that wasn't a negaverser. She -looked- rather like a senshi as she got closer. But one really never knew. At least, that was rather how MuCephi felt about it, after all you could -dress- the part of a lady and not be one.

"I'm not sure how I feel about a 'three way'.. this could be enlightening." She quipped with a small smile.

Navis was shocked to have been noticed so soon. Obviously she failed utterly at any sort of stealth. Though she hadn't thought she'd been all that loud. What could she do about it? Nothing.

While those thoughts ran through her head, she bolted over the gap between the two buildings, landing with a slight thud on the ground, dust scattering from under her feet. "Sorry," she started slowly, in the direction of the, rather twiggy, looking ... man? Woman? Whatever, it was annoying either way. Three ways and cars, phht, "my mother always told me not to get into cars with strangers. Particularly ones with bad hair." she smirked.

Getting up from the crouch she had landed in, she dusted herself off, walking a bit closer towards MuCephi. At this stage of the game, she wasn't up for introductions.

"How interesting, and how delightful for me!" Variscite took a step back, taking in the two women before her. "Two gorgeous women, one classy and polite, the other sexy and spunky. What's the famous line? 'I hate spunk?' I'm afraid I must disagree. Women that you have to work for are the most fun."

Variscite extended her arms, one towards MuCephi and the other towards Argo Navis. Her smirk was arrogant, and her laugh was even more so.

"I'll be gentlemanly and forget the little quip about my hair. Now, will you be so kind as to hit me with your best shot? Come on, give me all you've got."

Mu Cephi gave a small polite curtsy, it was as much an introduction to Argo as it was an 'as you wish' to the 'gentleman' before her.

"Prepare to bleed, BAD BLOOD!" She flicked her wrist to send a few (kind of pathetic) drops of lingering blood from her fingertips towards her negaverse foe, transforming them into the thin red needles as they flew.

The smugness that oozed from the negaverse agent was not shy on tugging Argo Navis' ire. In fact, it hit her in the way a cat gets annoyed when you stroke it's fur against the grain.

"Sparking Plasma Flash!" Navis hastily tugged a thin, brown hairpin from her coif, letting it spit sparks for a moment before spinning around and sending it flying towards the cocky Lieutenant.

In her peripheral vision she caught glimpse of Mu Cephi's attack. She bit back an awkwardness she felt from seeing it. At least, however, it would appear they were on the same side.
