You can do rp contest in order to get them to join, or make it a rule if you have a cast member account you have to join in a rp.
Also a way to make the guild neater, and more friendly to others, is to delete or move to a trash bin all the threads not used and that are just mucking up the place.
Also if getting more people is your goal, define the type of Sailor Moon guild you want it to be, like it is going to be based more on discussions or rps. Things like that, and then start working on improving that.
Like if it would be rp then you'd want to set how literate a rper has to be, then do a test to make sure everyone meets that, then teach the others would couldn't. Then add more rps, tell other cast members to be active in them.
Now if you were to make them about discussions you would then get your self and the other staffers to come up with neat discussions with would get the rest of us responding.
My last suggestion is to outlaw, any combining of things, like someone having a sailor scout who ends up with someone from the non sailor world, and I'm not talking about another orignal character, I'm talking about, saying, Sailor What Her Face, is gonna marry, date, have kids, with some from, any other anime, show, books, manga, band. To me, that makes the guild less about Sailor Moon.
These are just a few suggestions, I also hope I didn't offend anyone.

We should have a cast get together in towns,houses, or in ZOMG like once a week or month

Would this idea include the main cast as in cannon characters, or everyone with a Watashi Wa name, cause I have a Watashi Wa, and I refuse to use towns/house/ZOMG, its how I get hacked.

either would be fine if we all stick together we shouldn't get hacked we could always meet at one of our house too

and maybe it would be more interesting if people actually saw use all together in pubilc like in towns or zomg
maybe it would encourage them to be a watashi wa sailor...it encouraged me ^^

Let me guess we already have one of those? Cause I joined for purely sailor moon and oc, not for naruto and many thousands of crossoverness.

Oh no, it's nothing against you or your character. I just personally think crossovers are not creative.
Im just expressing my opinion, not trying to make anyone feel bad. But if I wanted to be near Naruto stuff or other anime stuff, I would join a guild about that. I just don't want that in my sailor moon stuff. I think I should shut up before anyone else feels like I'm insulting them or their oc.
I was not referring to Megumi.
