A soft black nose twitched curiously, the long dark ears flicking to and fro as Kisun picked her way ever so slowly through the tall grass. Lots of interesting things to do and see around here, surely there were. She hadn’t been here before though, so she didn’t know. But everything had something interesting to do. It’s always new, and new is interesting and exciting and of course she just had to see what it was.
Not that old was necessarily boring. But she was looking forward, bright blue eyes gleaming with anticipation, for whatever wonders today might hold. This very moment. Or this one. Or this one. Or this one. Any one of them. Who knew? S he certainly didn’t. Not yet.
But something, surely. Something for certain. She’d find out soon enough.

Frolicking through the grass, Fifia looked like a crazed antelope, jumping from spot to spot. She always had high energy, but that energy was just improved by her good spirits. Her white coat greatly contrasted with the tall grass, making it simple for any predator to simply come up and capture her. Not that the thought ever crossed this bubbly klipspringer's mind- she'd rather think about the happier things in life, like flowers, and having fun with others. Happy things.
Her hoves struck the ground hard, and Fifia lightened her bouncing, ending up in a quick trot. She started humming, creating an even bigger spotlight on herself. She was fine in her own little world, but having someone to interact with would just make the young female's day even more spectacular. Her golden eyes darted around childishly, not settling on one particular thing. Even if something were to approach her, it'd have to jump in front of her face for her to see it.

Jumping right in front of her face was very nearly what Kisun did.
A butterfly, poor unsuspecting creature, just happened to catch her eye. Butterfly tag was a game the hare was really quite fond of. Follow the brightly colored bug until it landed on a flower. Observe said bug while on the flower. Then poke the flower really hard, making it wobble and causing the butterfly to take off again in a hurry. Give chase. Repeat.
It was in the midst of this chase that Kisun heard the humming, though she was rather focused on her game at that moment. Still, she did stop and rear up on her hind legs, ears twitching as she looked about.
More fun than the butterfly would be a playmate, that was for sure. And the white creature leaping about looked like just the perfect friend to play with. Perhaps they would play the butterfly tag with her. Keeping an eye on the vibrantly winged creature, Kisun bounded over to stop short right before the klipspringer, blue eyes bright with fun.
"Hello!" she chirped cheerfully.
