Tykier went with Kyler on a school field trip to the ski lift for a week in December. It would be called a vacation in his words because he didn't have to take care of the kids back at the Hilson household. Ty would hope that River and Phoenix is taking care of it all. He sat next to the blind Lust spawn, keeping an eye on Tui and La, and watching out for Kyler.
Kyler smiled, and leaned his head on Tykier's shoulder as the bus moved, "I hope I will be able to ski like the others, Ty-Ty..." That was his own nickname for his brother. Tui and La relaxed a bit, and lied down in Kyler's lap.
After the bus ride was over, Tykier helped Kyler off the bus. He grabbed their bags, and went to their assigned cabin, where the older Wrath spawn worked on starting the fire.

Vincent had been pleased to go a ski trip with his family, but not so pleased to discover that this meant everyone was going--including his younger siblings. He had been put in charge of the youngest one, the twins were with Joshua fortunately. "Come on Kaleb," he said, taking the toddler's hand. "Really, I don't know why Mom's having me babysit you. I've no idea how to ski." This was true, it was always Joshua who had been fond of the winter sport.
Kaleb was trailing behind, following his older brother to their cabin. First thing he noticed was that the cabin already had people in it. He frowned. "'Cent, people there," he pointed, showing his displeasure with a flap of his wings. "You say we get own cabin."
Vincent ignored him, and led his younger brother inside.

Kyler's ears perked, "Ty-Ty... Someone's here!" Tui and La were overjoyed to see the familiar Greed spawn appearing at the door. And just as overjoyed as to see a not-so-familiar Liberality spawn with him!
Tykier looked up after throwing in another log, "Vinny? Is that you?" Ty smiled, and looked over at the new spawn, "So, who's your buddy?"

"Hey," Vincent greeted with a wave and a smile. Remembering that Kyler was blind, he added, "Hey Kyler, Tui, La," he greeted the boy's tentacles with ease. "Well," he began, but was interrupted. Kaleb always seemed to interupt just as Vincent was about to introduce him.
"I not here!" Kaleb insisted, hiding behind his older brother. He peered through Vincent's legs to look at the two strangers. "Not here! Not here not here not here!" He'd never met two strangers before! Quite frankly, the little lust liberality spawn was overwelmed.
"It's alright, Kal," Vincent chuckled, shaking his head. He moved so Kaleb was no longer behind him. The toddler squeaked, and waved shyly. "This is my little brother, Kaleb. He's a lust spawn, you know--but you wouldn't be able to tell. So they assigned you to this cabin too? I wasn't told this was a double cabin."

Kyler giggled delightfully, "Hi, Vinny! Kaleb!" The Lust spawn bounced up and down on the bed, "This may sound weird, but... Can I feel your faces? I can practically see when I feel." Tui and La wiggled happily as Vinny remembered them. They also wanted to pet the other Lust spawn, interested in his wings.
The older spawn laughed a bit as the youngest one was trying to disappear from sight, "It's okay. You're among friends! I'm Ty... This is my little brother, Kyler, and his tentawings, Tui and La." The cyclops saw that the fire was dying out, "Dang it! I wish I was taught Fire Magic instead of Life..!" He knelt down, grabbed the poker, and began to try to get the fire breathing again.

Vincent smiled and leaned down near Kyler. "You can feel mine," he said. He waited patiently for the spawn to do so, sitting down on one of the beds. Unfortunately for Kaleb, this meant he was no longer hidden. The toddler frowned, and looked up at Tykier curiously. He'd never seen anyone with just one eye. And he said they were friends? Vinny looked to his friend, and smiled. "You've grown since I last saw you," he commented.
Friends? Friends? That changed things. Kaleb gave a small smile, and toddled over to Tykier. "My sissy gots fire magic," he told him. "Sammi got lots and lots of fire. But I tink you need more wood?" The fire surely wasn't big enough to burn steadily.

Tykier smiled at Kaleb, "I know. I met Sammi before. How is she doing?" The man, then, turned around on the balls of his feet, while in a crouched position, and laughed at Vinny, "Yeah, same to you." He twirled back carefully, and prodded the fire a little more with the poker before throwing in another log, and grabbing the bellow. He began to make the bellow blow air onto the fire.
Kyler gently let his fingers glide over Vinny's face, "You're face feels bumpy!" Kyler giggled, while Tui and La began to wrap around the older boy, hugging him. Kyler giggled a little more, "You better watch out! Mr. Rachel said that they are very strong!"

Kaleb smiled brightly, he would have never guessed that Tykier knew Samantha. "She good. Bigger than me!" he told him, raising his hand over his head to show how tall his older sister was. "Reiya big too. I gonna get big!" He was sure he would be bigger than his sisters someday. Absolutely sure of it.
"It is," Vincent admitted with a smile, before looking to Tykier. "I have scales on my face, that's why it's bumpy." He allowed Kyler's tentawings to hug him. "Probably the strongest part of you. Why are you two, here anyway? We're supposed to be skiiing with the family--I don't like it much. So I was volunteered to babysit."

Tykier smiled, "Really? How big are you gonna get?" He loved little kids. They were so cute, and he just couldn't resist playing with them. He twirled back around to Vinny, "Well, Kyler's school made a field trip here, so I came along as a chaperon." He returned back to the fire, and continued to bellow the fire before it started to glow brightly, and burst into a new, brighter flame. He smiled.
The Lust spawn giggled again, "They feel cool!" Tui and La stroked Vinny's head and wings. La seemed to adore the wings, but then he remembered that there was another with wings! La stretched out to Kaleb. Tui continued to caress Vinny.

"Really, really big! Bigger than you!" Kaleb bragged easily. He planned on it, he was going to be the biggest and best and coolest ever! "I gonna be so big I touch sky!" His wings flapped in his excitement, and a giggle escaped his lips. "I gonna be big, and fly! I gonna fly lots and lots and lots! Maybe fly to stars?" he looked up at Tykier and smiled hopefully. "You come with me, maybe?"
"Oh, a field trip," Vincent said with a smile. "That must be fun." He looked to Kyler, and allowed himself to be inspected. "You like those, huh?" he asked the tentawing. It was slightly awkward, being prodded and touched, but the teenager didn't let that show.
"Snake!" Kaleb cried, delighted. He left Tykier's side and reached for the tentawing. "Hi snake!"

Tykier laughed, "Yeah. Let's do that." He watched as the little boy run over to the tentawing, smiling. He stood up and bent back, stretching, and basically cracking every bone in his body. The man rose back up, and walked over to the others.
Kyler giggled, "It's not a snake, it's my tentawing~!" La wiggled with joy, and stayed stretched out for the toddler to come and pet him. Tui stroked Vinny up and down like she was licking him.

"No," Kaleb told the other boy sternly. "Is a snake. Lira got a snake too. Her snake name's Jake. I named him," the toddler bragged. "I good namer. Your snakes got names?" He silently wondered if he could name them, too. If he could, he would be the best namer ever. He petted La happily. "I never seen snakes like you," he confided in the tentawing. "You cool."
Vincent was starting to feel awkward. His headwings flapped, and his tail twitched irritably. "So Ty, how've you been lately?" Honestly, he didn't know what to say to his friend. Last time he'd seen him, Sammi and Reiya had been babies.
