Whats the most embarrassing death you've had on L4D2?
For me I was playing the Hard Rain campaign for the very first time and I had just snuck past a witch to make my way into the building before getting to the sugar mill, I rounded the corner and bumped into another witch (which scared me shitless Ill have to admit...) but it knocked me back and she started charging at me and of course incapped me.
So I get up, heal, and walk up the ramp to get inside the building, I drop in, I hear another witch. THIS time I didnt move until I saw her so I could sneak around her. JUST as I snuck around her, the hoard music starts playing and they come around the corner, so I whip out my katana and just start slashing away, when that unnerving little notice pops up on-screen....
"You startled the witch!"
So my idiot teammates think its more important to go after the two remaining zombies rather than shoot the witch off and save my life... *head-desk*

I once died trying to save someone in the swamp, in the ferry Crescendo. They were hanging from a ledge, and when I got close, I fell down and drowned. Yeah.

During a match of scavenge at Swamp Fever, I ran Into the lake as a Jockey before I even spawned. =P

I was playing Dark Carnival with two bots and one real person, and I got to the entrance of the tunnel of love. As soon as me and the bots got into the safe room, the other person decides to go idle, and I got horded because I couldn't shut the door.

as i was waiting for the small ferry across the river in swamp fever a horde attacked and as i was fighting the horde off a charger charged me and my friend into the river we were glitched stuck under water we tried to run back to shore but we couldn't so about five mins of us running to the shore we died and respawned back at the beginning of the level. ******** hate those glitches.

During a vs match in Swamp, it was my first time playing there. I saw a lot of water around, and was at the river crossing. Well, I thought you had to get through the water, because it didn't look all that deep to me so I jumped right in. Instantly dying, and leaving my team in vs with only three people alive, where they were killed while trying to get across. I was to blame mainly. sweatdrop

In the downloadable No Mercy map for it there's a glitch in the hospital level. I ran into the elevator and as we were going up (Me & 3 Bots) i jumped and fell through the floor rom 20 feet up. I got incapped and then the bots teleported to save me. We were stuck in the elevator shaft with an invisible wall so i decided to end it all and burn us alive.

Most embarrassing death would have to be on Dead Center where I saw a Tank and I backed up out the window. Most surprising would have to be when on Hard Rain I walked down a narrow ally way and a Charger just falls in front of me.

being black and white, with 1 health helping up one teammate with a defib and a zombie came right up behind me, i knew he was there and i didnt stop getting nick up, razz really embarrassing

 Hard Rain, being my favorite campaign, surprisingly wasn't my most embarrassing. Mine was in The Parish at the Final. Where the bridge over Lake Pontchartrain tilts and you had to get on the bus to get up on it. I wasn't paying attention and shooting the horde as I simply walked off the edge and was stuck till the bot saved me only to get pounced by a hunter off the bridge...

in the campaign dark carnival at the end, i was playing with my friend and i got knocked off the helicopter by the tank..........it was so weird.........

Playing Hard rain on my own and was heading back after getting the gas canisters. Just got back up from the lift and along came a hord, including a charger which went and pushed me off the edge. Was not happy!
