we got the loan and my grandmother will sell her old house to us for our entire loan. its a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom 2 story with some furniture in it
we are getting it for $180,000! im so excited ^.^ ill be taking a year off school to get a full time job because all of our savings are going toward repaires and redoing the kitchen.
the paperwork isnt done yet but its basicly ours, she isnt giving it to the guy down the street because we want it.
and you know what this means right? ill be getting my shepherd puppy soon, maybe in the next year!

thanks! i cant wait to start moving in. the reptiles are moving in first because they dont need much care and i will only be living there part of the time with the fiance at first. ill be doing the half and half thing, spend half my time at my dad's place and the other half at the new house. i dont like change and like to ease myself into it lol.
the rats move in once i start spending most of my time there, same with the cat and fish.
it will be so weird living without a dog for a while, but thats another reason for the full time job, getting the savings back up quickly so we can get our dog. the fiance wants to get both dogs at the same time, i plan on looking at the shelter first just to see if i fall in love with anyone but the shepherd is comming from a breeder, just because of all the health issues i dont want to risk getting anything close to a show line.
the other dog we get we are thinking about a toy poodle since they are awsome dogs but im not 100% set on one, hence the loitering at the pound

well the reaosn i want to do the pound thing is i want to let one pick me, hard to do that over the internet
but i love toy poodles, ive had 2 growing up, kala and raven. neither one of them bites other people but kala has a bad attitude because my sister likes to go agaisnt any training i do and gives her stuff for free all the time.

Usually the half bath is a down stairs toilet or a guest toilet and there will be at least one full bath else where in the house. Usually upstairs if it is a two story house

Woohoo! Keep in mind puppy=destruction. I'd wait on new furniture, carpets or sanding/painting wood floors until the pup is grown up. Or only get new stuff in rooms the pup won't be allowed.

Or only get new stuff in rooms the pup won't be allowed. the furniture that comes with the house is pretty old and kind of ratty so i really dont care too much about it, however the stuff in the living room we may sell or keep until my sister gets her own place so i think ill block that room off. my deadbeat uncle and his family took most of the nice furniture even though they havent helped my grandmother move or anything since the summer. im still pretty pissed at them. the rest of us have been working our asses off and he and his family have just been making excuses then on the last day of cleaning they only come to take most of the stuff. i had to send my sister to protect the things i wanted to keep
