After seeing the latest two minicomics, I can't help but think that Gaia has a softer spot for the Overseer than they'd like us to think.
Nothing is being said about Bruce Hardcastle's re-death and it's affect on Gaia, the SIN supporting shopkeepers aren't appearing in the comics and let's face it, BOO had the best.
We had Ian - who only the main character for how long? - Liam and Sam, both focusses of the latest love plot and the most recent in couple and Devin, who gets a lot of attention because of his sexuality.
At the time, I thought "oh, event's over, SIN won, fair is fair". But as it goes on, I'm getting persuaded that maybe BOO was meant to win from the very beginning, or at least the odds were stacked heavily in it's favour. The only way they could've been more explicit about where their allegiance lay would have been to have Edmund support BOO.
Your thoughts?

The Solipsist Methinks that you see things that aren't really there. I'm not serious about this; I just find it's an interesting coincidence. Like the number of people using the BOO skin vs those using the SIN skin. For the side that won, there really isn't anything going on for it.

There's a decent reason that no one uses that skin anymore with the exception of a handful of noobs.
Such is the consequence of the winning side; that their item becomes common, and therefore undesirable.

3nodding I predict that the upcoming Christmas event will somehow placate BOOers everywhere. (at least, I HOPE so; the urge to change my skin is strong at times!)

I don't doubt that status quo will be restored somehow, and some wrap-up of the year will happen. So - fingers crossed - the Overseer will go back to our aquariums, something will happen with Liam and Sam and the Sentinel will disappear. :3 And the biggest temptation for me is Noel's Gift. D8 I really want to buy one after the latest evolution.

I wasted so much gold hunting for that thing, and all I got was cheap fish and a romance pendant.
