As simple as the name suggests, this is a standard distance track for running if the students feel the need to do so. In the center is a flame resistant turf with trainer boxes and an engagement rectangle drawn out. On rare occasions, the Fightclub may sponsor a tournament here. Oter times, this is used just as a formal spot to meet up and settle differences. There is a registered judge payed to keep surveillance over the trainer boxes at all times. If a battle starts, his five second response time gets him to the field before the pokemon have even emerged from their pokeballs. The bleachers offer decent vantage points for any student to watch the battles from safely. The bleachers feature a bullet-proof lexan wall, designed to withstand even a Gyrados' Hyperbeam

 <>Dugs (Dugtrio) / Kit (Kadabra) / Cryst (Staryu) / Electra (Electabuzz) / Manta (Scyther)Lucas had gotten up quite early and was in the field quite early. Today, he was watching on as he three younger Pokemon trained. Cryst was firing Water Guns repeatedly while Electra and Manta zipped across the grass at incredible speeds, dodging the blasts of water. They had been training for at least an hour already. After some time, Lucas finally stood up and signaled for them to stop.
Cryst obediently stopped attacking as Lucas stood up and smiled. "Great job, everyone. You've all improved," said Lucas putting his arm around Cryst. Electra and Manta did actually take a few hits but for the most part, their agility allowed them to stay mostly dry. All three Pokemon seemed quite content with their performance today... "Hey, how about we take a short break before heading off to look for breakfast?"
The Staryu, Electabuzz and Scyther growled in agreement and sat down around Lucas as he released his Dugtrio and Kadabra. Dugs and Kit appeared in two flashes of bright red light. Dugs was his usual cheerful self but the Dugtrio knew enough not to burrow through the fields and make a huge mess. Kit seemed a little quieter than she usually was but all the same, she was happy to see Lucas. The boy sat down and looked to the clear blue sky. "A new semester starts tomorrow..."
After resting for a few good minutes, he could see that Electra was easily getting bored. She was starting to throw playful punches at Manta, who was dodging them as if it were second nature to him. Dugs' three heads were conversing amongst themselves and they were starting to get a little loud too. Lucas smiled at his team, he said, "Alright, we've rested long enough. I'm heading back to the dorms before going to have some breakfast. If you all behave, I'll make sure to give you all a little treat."
That did the trick. His more restless Pokemon grinned at him but kept silent as he returned everyone to their Poke Balls and started to make his way back to his dorm room.

-~- To be the Strongest was his goal. -~-  As Verin and his pokemon following him reached the track, he grinned as it was empty. it had been for most of the Break, only being use by a few and only occasionally. for but a moment Verin was caught in thought, stopping, but he quickly jolted back to running before his pokemon passed him up. he cared greatly for his team, and even though it was rare for them to see much battleing anymore, he kept them all in top shape. he had created pairs or groups to work together, so that they could practice and hone there skills, while he and Reiki worked one of one, he also ran over battle tactics and combos that could be used with them. he was an amazing tactician and hardly a wonder that he won the Pokemon League, the biggest mystery was why he stepped down almost immediately after, most champions stuck around either until they lost or for a couple of years, but he was different. after five laps He and Reiki where still leading the pack, his other pokemon beginning to lose stamina. "so a race to the finish?" Verin spoke to Reiki, the only response was a slight nod, and they both dashed toward the finish-line, Reiki and Verin where neck and neck until the last few meters, both of them running on the last bit of stamina they could muster, just by a few inches Reiki won it. Verin and Reiki huffed at the finish, as the other pokemon where soon to follow, most going at there own paces. Verin looked at Reiki with a smug grin, "i almost beat you, i remember when we used to race like that and i would never catch up to you. i been getting better these past few years." he laughed abit before they walked to the bleachers to sit and rest a moment. most of the time Reiki would never speak, well out loud, Reiki and Verin had such a close connection that most presumed they had a telepathic link. as Verin and Reiki sat, catching there breath, Verin's other pokemon began playing with each other, well aside from Irwin who laid down and began napping, Ryou and Kami where playing what Verin presumed Tag, as they flew about trying to catch one another, though Verin never could get over the fact they both evolved from the same Nincada. Hikoru and Wilhelm where play fighting, as Wilhelm lifted Hikoru into the air and spun his around a few times before letting him down. as Verin watched them all he smiled widely.  cαsυs cяσωи********♠A young man sat in the bleachers on the other side of the track leaning against one of the benches behind him. He had his headphones on and was listening to music with his eyes closed. On the seat next to him was a Luxray sleeping with its head resting on its paws. Case cracked an eyelid and spied the teacher and his pokemon. "Oh! Its Mr. Verin." Case said leaning forward to get a better look. He stood up and stretched, patting the Luxray on the head. "Come on, Laeo. Lets go see Mr. Verin." He said softly scratching the Luxray behind its ears. Laeo grumbled, and stood up stretching a little bit before jumping off of the bench, to follow him. Case smiled and began walking down the field towards the teacher. When he was finally within earshot of the teacher, he called out, "Hey! Mr. Verin.""Without mysteries, life would be very dull indeed. What would be left to strive for if everything were known?"

-~- To be the Strongest was his goal. -~- Verin noticed as one of the Academy students walked toward him. he gave but a glance to his pokemon and spoke "we'll get something to eat in a bit guys, for now return to your pokeballs" the pokemon followed his order, except for Reiki who remained sitting next to him. as the Student got closer and called to him he started to remember him, he stood to greet the student, Reiki lazily got up and followed behind him. "Hey! Case, your in Pokemon Psyche this year right? how was your vacation?" he spoke with a gentle yet firm tone. they stood close to the middle of the field for battling, this kind of situation reminded Verin of his childhood when he would battle trainers in fields such as that. Reiki bowed to the boy as he took his place at Verin's side, Reiki looked at the Luxray tilting his head slightly. Case hadn't had an actual battle in a while, the battle field sure brought back some memories. But this year he was sure that he could stand more of a chance against Mr. Verin. "So how did your vacation go?" Case said. Laeo layed down again next to him and began resting his head on his paws.He fixed the Lucario with a stare before closing his eyes. "Without mysteries, life would be very dull indeed. What would be left to strive for if everything were known?"

-~- To be the Strongest was his goal. -~- "fight club eh? very nice." his grin was on full display, even though he opted out of battle instructor he didnt want him nor his pokemon to get flabby so he would use a Fight Club as an excuse to keep them shape. "my vacation, well..." his memory started going over the past days, mostly the same habit of over sleeping and training. "it was pretty good, nothing too interesting." his happy grin turned into a slightly more serious one as the idea of a early battle crossed him, most of the other students would do it the day they all made it back, just as practice or a warm up for the school year, Verin usually didn't get to until the club started its activities. "Until this moment, I never understood how hard it was to lose something you never had."

"alright. two, one on one matches, no subs. cool with you?" he had already pulled a pokeball from his belt. "lets show em how we play, Wilhelm!" he threw the pokeball into the air, releasing his Kadabra, Wilhelm, it stretched a second or two before it became serious and struck a pose. "Kada~Kadabra!" Verin's grin stated that he was already planning something, just because he was a student didnt mean he would let him win, yet he wouldnt fight at one-hundred percent until he knew how strong his enemy had gotten. cαsυs cяσωи********♠Case smiled. "A Kadabra. Hm...Well, looks like I'll go with you first. Come on. Kire!" Case said as he tossed the pokeball into the air releasing the pokeball. "Gallade." It mumbled quietly before taking a stance, agaianst the other pokemon. Kire was a new pokemon to him, he wasn't sure how well it would hold up against the other pokemon. But he was sure that he would find out many things about the Gallade. Case opened the booklet and began leafing through it. "If you don't mind. I'll make the first move." Case said as he turned to a page in the small booklet. He scanned it for a moment before calling out, "Kire, start out with Night Slash. Then just fight however you want. Show me what you can do."The Gallade nodded as his arm began shining a dark purple color. He took off at a run headed straight for the Kadabra. "Without mysteries, life would be very dull indeed. What would be left to strive for if everything were known?"

-~- To be the Strongest was his goal. -~- "he remembers Types 101 quite well, dark moves are super-effective against a Kadabra" Wilhelm was at a disadvantage with this move, but all was not lost. "Wilhelm, Stand your ground, Use Reflect, then Disable!" Wilhelm quickly put up the defensive barrier, cutting the damage done to him by Night Slash, but it still took its toll on him. Wilhelm quickly followed it up by using Disable on the enemy's Night slash. "Kadabra!" Wilhelm shouted triumphantly as it worked. Verin was surprised at Case's decision to allow his pokemon to attack freely, to test his strength, but Verin had the same idea in mind, with a different meaning. Kire grunted then charged again. Kire increased his speed until he was about ten feet away from the Kadabra, then punchedthe air quickly sending a shockwave at the Kadabra. "Vacuum Wave. Okay, I guess I'll take control again." Case mumbled to himself as he began writing in the notebook. "Without mysteries, life would be very dull indeed. What would be left to strive for if everything were known?"

"Kada~Kadabra!" out of his pokemon Wilhelm was the biggest glory hog, always praising himself over his own feats. "you know the plan Kadabra, show them what the Future Brings!" cαsυs cяσωи********♠Case grinned and snapped the small notebook shut. The notebook was only for him to remember what his Gallade was capable of. He had his strategy set, he didn't need it anymore. "Kire, use Double Team, then Feint." Case said quietly. Well, I wonder what his plan is? Kire nodded and began to blur as clones began appearing on the field, and running in circles around the Kadabra. Every now and then one of the clones would charge at the Kadabra acting as if it would attack, but then the attack would just go through the Kadabra. Suddenly five Gallades rushed at the Kadabra, each from a different direction. Directly behind, in front, both sides, and the fifth one jumping to attack from above. All five fazed through, then a sixth clone rushed out from the left side aiming a a kick at the Kadabra. "Glade!" Kire shouted, but as he got close to hitting, he drew back and went to make an uppercutting motion. "Without mysteries, life would be very dull indeed. What would be left to strive for if everything were known?"

-~- To be the Strongest was his goal. -~- Wilhelm was Knocked into the air by the force of the Uppercut. "perfect" Wilhelm stopped mid air and floated back to earth, its eyes glowing with power. "unleash your power Wilhelm, Psychic!" Wilhelm's Spoon began bending in strange shapes as Gallade was Barraged with Psychic attacks. "Ka~Da~Bra!" Verin pushed his glasses back up the bridge of nose. Wilhelm was tired of being toyed with by Case's Gallade, thus putting all his force into it. but being the first damaging move he has used it would be unlikely that it was over, more so far from it. Wilhelm had two strategies, The first phase was to stall the opponent, The second phase was massive amounts of damage in as short an amount of time as possible.
