I'd have to say Botan. Just because she rocks.
My second choices would be Genkai and Koto, though.

I like Genkai because she's so calm and is serious most of the time. She doesn't change much throughout the series, and Yukina becuase she can work with ice and freeze rooms, and Botan, because she's funny. I also like Kieko because she can put Yusuke in his place and is the only one that is daring enough to talk to him when he's at school, and she's the only one that recognizes him when he shows up in his demon form.

I like Genkai the most. She's really cool, and funny. I also like Yukina.

I'd have to say Keiko, especially in the manga. She's a tough girl who can stick up for herself, and you've gotta admire that. (you kinda spelled it wrong, though. It's Keiko, not Kayko.

I'd have to say Shizuru on the basis that she probably kicks more butt than the other characters combined. (Exaggeration) But she is really cool. And she doesn't take any crap which is as funny as heck. ^.^

and she has a "unique" way of teaching Kazuma discipline.

Yukina because...well...what isn't there to like about her...she's nice, kind, she tries her best...she may not act as smart as she could...but...for all we know...she's quite intelligent! xd
Mukuro...I don't like her because she she and heart Hiei-sama heart ... gonk ...but she is cool! She kicks a**...and you have to admire how for how much she endured and how she handles it, ne!
