Woohoo!
Today we had the European Grappling championhsip.
I fought -70 kilograms weight class, against people who have been training for several years.
I had a shot at third place, but was unfortunately outclassed and landed on fourth place.
No medal for me.
But some very nice locks and an improvised triangle choke of which everyone in my dojo was proud. XD
This being only three months after taking up training here and grappling in general, I dare to be quite proud.
We're gonna celebrate with sushi, if I find some pics on a forum or something, I'll put them up.
Feels good to share this with people. biggrin

4th?!? 4th!!!! YOU PROMISED ME 1ST!!!! okay, so I don't actually know you or even knew you were going into a grappling tourny, but next year, if you don't take 1st I'll be pissed...for...some reason... Anyway, congrats.
