AIM RP LOG (will make this pretty later)

nessiaing:
Hetal was dancing around in a field of long grass, it was interesting being around so much foliage, she had spent most of her life in desert, but now that she was canvising the area to find different suitable places for her pride to go, somewhere safe, dry but with water, it was proving to be quite the chalange really. She wallked around looking when she spotted somethign move. She turned her head quickly looking to find out what she had seen move. She smiled when she noticed that it was another cheetah. She was happy that she had been seeing so many cheetahs lately, her life seemed to be bubbling all at once, she was making new friends, she had met Fasa the lion who was a seer and apparently willing to help get her pride. She trotted towards the male cheetah she saw ahead.

DB:
Jelani was on his own as usual...he never kept company long. Perhaps he just wasn't the type or was just that socially awkward. He was a traveller and enjoyed doing so. Today was beautiful, he hadn't been in this area before. It was interesting. He stalked through the elephant grasses. He was somewhat hungry. He wondered if he should go hunt something. He was feeling quite lazy today. He had to eat every day because unlike lions he had no fat reserves. The life of a cheetah was so dreary. He found himself a nice smooth rock, and plopped himself on it as he sunned himself he day dreamed. He wondered what was to come of his life for now it just seemed so bland. He had nothing really going for him and he wasn't going anywhere. He had no children, no companion and no coalition. Nothing just seemed to fit, he was hoping that it would fit like puzzle pieces but so far the gods havent shone him anything would happen soon. It was almost depressing if he wasn't so optimistic.

nessiaing:
Hetal slinked through the long grass in the direction of the other cheetah. She knew from the moment she saw him that she had to meet him, his pelt attracked her, and now that she was getting back into the swing of being aroudn others she was enjoying it more and mroe, wanting to make friends, talk to others.
She made it to the smooth rock that the male was laying on. She studied him from the other side of the grass, she wasn't sure if he knew of her presence yet, the wind was in her favour but he might still have heard her coming, satisfied that he wasnt a threat she made her move through the long grass. "Hello" she chirped softly.

DB:
He heard a snap of a twig, and his head jerked. The fur on the back of his neck bristled as he rumbled slowly. He was suprised to find out that it was a  female. A female? What? He hadn't met another adult cheetah female...ever. Well this was going to be rich, and probably some what awkward. She seemed forward enough. "Uh...hello there." He blinked and got to his feet. He didn't think there was anyone else around these parts. It seemed deserted. Apparently he was wrong. "I wasn't expecting company," he smiled awkwardly and sat back. "Uh...I'm Jelani..."

nessiaing:
"Hetal" she told him. "I am sorry to have bothered you, I have been exploring this area lately, and I have never seen you before, I just thought it was best to come introduce myself. I wasn't aware that there was others in this area." she smiled, she was really fishing for information she needed to know if this area was already claimed by others, she needed to know if she should just move on and look for another area in which her pride could be located. She smiled at him politley.

DB:
"Me neither," he replied. Dark eyes watched the female, "It's okay," he replied softly his voice was soft. Her facial expressions acted as if they needed to know something. He wondered if she was genuinely interested in him or rather or such things that he was unaware of. He didn't bother to ask. He decided it wasn't his place too. A breeze picked up bring fresh scent of water...water. He was noticing his voice ws quite parched. He might move that way in case conversation went arry. You always needed a way out when things went bad, so he always made his options open. Not that he was hoping it would go bad. He just assumed it would. Like it usually did.

nessiaing:
Hetal smiled pleasently wondering how to ask the question without being blunt she dinally settled realizing it wasnt really an option to just go for it. "Have you lived in this area long, is there others here, what is it like do you like it." she realized she probably sounded like a ramboling lunitic, but they were questions that needed to be answered and she wasn't one to sit around pateintly and see if they just came out naturally. She shifted her weight where she sat, usually when she was around males she let her body do all the talking this was new and foreign to her.

DB:
He shook his head, "I don't stay anywhere long. My mother told me that it was dangerous." He was being genuine in his word. An ill headed lion could be anywhere, and he didn't stand much of a chance against a lion. He knew he wasn't as strong, and maybe not as smart. But by golley he was fast and he would use it to his advantage. The female was rambling but he didn't mind. He liked an intelligent conversation when he could get one. He watched her, she wasn't too bad looking. Kinda cute, he realized this was the first time he was admiring the 'female beauty'. He shook the thought out of his head. He tilted his head at her, "Do you travel by yourself as well?" he inquired.

nessiaing:
"I use to travel alone all the time." she told him smiling, "for the majority of my life I have been alone, the pride I lived in when I was a youngin' crumbled around me and I lost my parents in all the mess. Ever since then I was on my own, and I have done pretty well." the cheetah smiled, until recently she had been barely able to master the art of speaking because it had been so long since she had really done it out loud. "But as of recently I have been in the company of a lion, one that is going to help me start my pride up right. I have had my whole life to think about the problems that occured, and I think this time it can be done right." she smiled, she was a little over confident about this, but it had been her life's work, and now it was starting to come into action, in her mind she had every right to be happy.

DB:
"I don't mind lions, but I still dont trust them," he replied honestly. He looked at the female she did have lion scent on her. She was going to start a pride with a lion...that just sounded like a bad idea. For one if anyone wanted to challenge power a lion could break a cheetah in a heartbeat. Cheetahs were made for speed not strength, and what kind of leader would they be if they were just running from their opponent. It didn't seem like an effective method...perhaps it would just have some sort of rules that would keep it in order. He didn't know, he just knew he did his best to stay away from lions. "I wish you luck with your pride though."

nessiaing:
Hetal smiledit wasn't unusual for certain species to have issues with others. She didnt share the same feelings as him though, she knew well enough that Mufasa was a brilliant man, and nice man and she would never have to worry about him. Mufasa was a life saver in her eyes, possibly the one and only soul she would ever truest.

"I am hoping that it goes well, I have spent close to all of my life trying to figure out what went wrong, and I think I have the soloutions. " she told the male cheetah with a grin on her face. It was exciting for her to have made it this far. "I guess a man like you would never want to join a pride though." she said to him teasingly.

DB:
"Man?" he was curious to know what male cheetah like himself had gotten her confused with the two legged humans. The male ignored it as he watched her. "No...I wouldn't join a pride. Maybe if it was all cheetahs." He shrugged, the cheetah had always done well on his own and never really thought that he needed anyone else or their support. Though he wouldnt mind having a little Jelani following him around. That would be amusing, and painful at the same time. He remembered what he was like as a kid and none of it was any good.

nessiaing:
Hetal didn't pick up on Jelani' s confusion towards the two legged humans and her calling him a man, truth be told she had never seen the creatures, she had just heared myths about them. "Well I suppose Prides arent for everyone." she said with a smile on her face. She was exicted to have a home again, but maybe that wasn't what everyone wanted in life.

Hetal rose to her feet and looked around her self, the sun was getting lower now and she was beginning to realize that she was missing Fassa and wanted to head back to him. "I am sorry to cut our meeting short Jelani, but well I need to get home. If you are ever in the area again though hyou should come and see the pride, once it gets up and running." she told him with a smile.

DB: "Maybe," he replied. The female was quite nice, but not all lions were hospitible. He had met a few but he enjoyed keeping his distance. His dark blue eyes watched the female before noticing the surroundings to find out that it was getting late. He needed to find shelter...the night was the lions hunting ground. "I suppose I'll see you around, I need to go find a place to rest for the night. I'm far from my normal home." he said. "It was a pleasure," he smiled before turning his back and started walking away. She was a nice cheetah, he only wondered if the chipper girl could keep a pride under her belt.
