 A female cheetah lounges around under shade of large leafy tree, stomach full and sated while letting herself 'charge' back up since she used almost all of her energy up chasing down the gazelle. One of her black paws stretches out in front of her as she yawns widely, wondering about what she should do since she knows that staying in one spot is not safe. Her lavender eyes watches a herd after herd of grass-munches plod by her in boredom.
Deciding to stir something up, Nzambi slowly stands up with a casual flick of her black-tipped tail and walks away from the protection of the shade into the merciless sun toward one particular herd of zebras, knowing that they have some newborn foals running around.

Rahu gave a snarl to himself as he was more than annoyied with how things where. oh he was pissed at how Aruna was making sure to try and make his life a living hell. oh well at lest he had his way to get away from the pride for a while atlest before he had to go back to continue to do his duty as 2nd to the pride's king whom was his buddy. a smirk came across his face when he noticed a female cheetah getting ready to spring into action to take down some pry. ears pinned back with a grin, he purposely launched a attack at her pry to make it run off just to piss her off. he had to get out his aggression and what way to do it than to piss of some female he figured he could take on easy.

Nzambi was preparing to pounce on a zebra foal to cause the stir in the herd since she was bored and is in dire need of entertainment. The herd suddenly scattered with scared squeals and cries when a black leopard leapt out at the SAME foal she was stalking and string of unladylike curses exploded from the female cheetah's mouth when she lifts herself up little bit more higher to make herself look bigger. Her fur stands up at back of her neck and back as she glares at the leopard pissedly while she stalks toward him.
"That was MY prey, you a**" She snarls at him as she takes a swipe at his face with her claws extended. Nzambi is not the one to tolerate others jumping in to try to take her prey or steal them from her.

Rahu dodged her attack just barely, though it made no difference if he got scratched at all. he had a bunch of scars already and adding more was no biggy to him as he was rather proud of them. " think i care if it was your prey or not?" snickering, he was going to enjoy pissing this female off, just so he could blow off some steam from the turn of events caused by Aruna whom he was attracted to even if he wasn't about to admit it to Aruna yet.

Nzambi bristles as she glowers at the male darkly while she tries to calm down after she sees that she got him.. barely. "Just go and bug someone else, male. I am busy here." She bristles as she turns around, preparing to walk off because she wants to be entertained, not riled up. "And for the future reference, next time you come near me.. you will be dead." She glances over her shoulder at him with withering glare that could drop anybody dead if it is possible.
The female cheetah silently challenges him to come near her again as she pads off with her head lowered little bit in threatening pose with her rigid tail twitching away from her body.

Rahu snarled as he rushed over to block her path. "and for your future reference, you should know you wont be pushing me around in any way." teeth bared, he was not gonna let her think she would be able to tell him what he could or couldn't do. Rahu never liked it when a female or male crossed him when he already was in a foul mood.

Nzambi's eyes flares up in indignation as she bares her fangs at the foolish male whom rushed to block her path. "Move. It. Or. Lose. Your. Life." The female grits the words out of her mouth as she sidesteps Rahu, determined to leave because she isn't in any mood to fight at all. " 'And for your future reference' " The female mimics him with a high-pitched voice as she rolls her eyes. "Who the hell do you think you are? the king of a pride?" She eyes him sardonically as she shakes her head. "Not. A. Damn. Chance." She laughs scornfully as she suddenly takes a swipe at Rahu's face.
"Not going to warn you again, male. Move." She growls softly.

Rahu dodged her attack and took a swing at her face right after. "you should know your place female." snarling, he took no bullshit from any female when he as a male was superior (atlest in his mind, he felt that females where beneath him). "i don't think you have any right to sit and threaten me in anyway. I'm the one who will be warning you just this once that if you continue this attitude with me that I will kill you." teeth bared now, he was ready to rip her apart with no more warning.

Nzambi hisses as she quickly jumps backward with one smooth movement, she instinctively arches her body upward to make herself look more bigger than Rahu but that is the natural response. Her tail looks very frizzy as she sinks her claws into the ground, obviously ready to fight or flee if necessary measures arises. "I might be a female but I will NEVER be an inferior to an a*****e like you and females are not inferior to males. If it wasn't for us, you guys wouldn't be here in the first place." She shot back as she refuses to press her stomach to the ground in the sign of submission or submit to him in any way.
This male, Nzambi decides that she will conquer.
