I was watching a scrabble commercial, and an idea popped into my head. So, I figured why not bring a similar concept here? I thought about how to make it work, and now I'm making it, hoping that it works. Also, the name idea was crack inspired.
Basically, how it will go, is that there will be a four letter word.
Every time you post, you need to post with the random number generator, putting it between 1 and 26, due to the number of letters in the alphabet.
The number you get will dictate what letter you have to work with.
With your letter, you need to use it to replace one of the letters in the four letter word, to create a new, actual word.
If you succeed, you get points. If you cannot, you lose a point. (This does not apply, if your score is zero)
I may deal out prizes, and I may add in some bonuses. It depends.
Since I've never tried anything like this, there may be kinks to work out, with how everything works.
Please be HONEST, by not deleting your post to try to get a new number, or lie about your score. The crew can see when posts are deleted, and everyone can see and check your score, by looking back.
If you question if a posted word is real or not, look it up, and if it is indeed not a word, tell me, and I'll handle it. In addition to that, if you think that somebody might question the word you post, and you know that it is a word, then provide proof within your post, to save us all the trouble.
Well, I do hope this game works well. I shall add a list for what letter goes with what number, but it's really just in order, from A being 1, to Z being 26... But, I will put one up anyway, and the first word shall be posted up, soon. Good luck!
