I went ahead and remade this to try and bypass the glitch. I will move all post from the old thread to here. 3nodding
These will be the custom kekkei genkai page. Create your bloodlines and clans here. Note that if you create one for the guild then others can join it as well, but the creator will always be the head of the bloodline/clan.

Lance Fulgurant I'm not really in charge of accepting these but it seems to me that what the eye actually does isn't explained very well. This looks more like a clan with a bunch of jutsus that has a special name for their eye, but what the eye actually does isn't explained very well. Saying that the eye "is capable of taking control over partial parts of an opponent's mind, mastering hold of the senses" doesn't say a whole lot. Is it just that the genjutsus can be used without hand-signs because of the eye? Does the eye actually make genjutsus more powerful? If so how powerful?

-For the Kurama clan member, whilst they activate said eyes, they are capable of producing genjutsu of tangible ability. They also are more masterful with confusing an opponent using genjutsu. The Nevidigan is capable of taking control over partial parts of an opponent's mind, mastering hold of the senses.
Name: A Thousand Years of Blizzard
Translation: A Thousand Years of Blizzard
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent's senses are attacked, as they enter a world of snow, and must endure a seemingly endless blizzard. It is like a hurricane of snow. They feel the cold as if it is real.
Other: This is a C-ranked technique.
Name: Demon Within The Black
Translation: Demon Within The Black
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: Forcing complete blackness to an opponent's mind, they see a large fire demon similar to a hellish skeleton. It will grab the opponent and choke them. The illusion feeling as it it truly is occurring, though it is an illusionary technique.
Other: This is a c-rank jutsu.
Name: Reality Unwoven
Translation: Reality Unwoven
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent's mind is controlled to make the person believe that they are in their perfect world. Everything appears real, and to the opponent it is tangible. This is capable of breaking a person's mind, and permanently placing them in a sense of comatose, if they do not somehow come to the realization it is fake and release the technique within several minutes (5 posts).
Other: This is c-rank jutsu.
Name: The Closing Light
Translation: ...The Closing Light
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: An illusionary technique which forces one to believe that they are entrapped in a sphere of light which quickly constricts and crushes them. The opponent literally feels the constriction. This can severely harm them if held for more then five minutes (3 posts).
Other: This is a B-ranked jutsu.
Name: Children of The Exodus
Translation: Children of The Exodus
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: This illusionary technique makes the opponent lose mastery of their sense of touch, taste, sight, hearing, and smell. They feel weak, and heavily exhausted. Though, none of this actually is occurring. It is not unknown for an opponent to fall asleep from the technique.
Other: This is a B-ranked jutsu.
Name: Doppelganger
Translation: Doppelganger
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: Entering the mind of an opponent, one takes an old memory of theirs and appears as if they are that person. To the opponent, the appearance, voice, and touch of that person is exactly the same as they remember them to be.
Other: This a B-ranked jutsu.
Name: Death's Whisper
Translation: Death's Whisper
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent's limbs are chained to the ground by black whips. Three black swordsmen cloaked completely in black, with skeletal faces begin to repeatedly stab the opponent, in random locations. The wounds appear in the real world, and are completely felt.
Other: This is a A-ranked jutsu, this severely difficult to break free of.
Name: Inferno
Translation: Inferno
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: The opponent appears in a world completely filled with flames. Waves of fire barrage the opponent, and they feel it completely. Towards the end of the barrage, one final tornado of fire engulfs the opponent completely incinerating them. The damage and affect apparent in the real world.
Other: This is an A-ranked jutsu.
Name: Sleep for Eternity
Translation: Sleep for Eternity
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Other.
Effect: Delving into the darkest side of the opponent's mind, their fear is renewed as they must face the physical form of it. Whatsoever it is, it takes a deadly appearance, and will strike down upon the opponent. If the opponent does not have a "fear", then their saddest moment is relived, only whatever horrible that had occurred, happens to them. All wounds, are apparent in the real world. This is a technique used for the intent to kill.
Other: This is an S-ranked jutsu, and unbreakable unless the demon or the sad moment is somehow defeated, though extremely unlikely.
Name: Your Final Dance
Translation: Your Final Dance
Type: (nin, gen, tai, etc.) Gen.
Element(s): Gen.
Effect: The opponent literally loses their five senses, and feel complete exhaustion overtake them. Everything appears slow-motion and unreal to them. A massive gate opens in front of the opponent, and begins to suck out their life energy. With no ability to fight back, it is almost inevitable for the opponent to die.
Other: This is an S-rank technique.

Oh, also, Defined, please make sure to add the "Strengths" and "Weaknesses" sections to your clan. But since you elaborated on the issue I had with your Clan and I find it acceptable, just detail it on the topics you mentioned in the old thread, add those 2 sections, and I'll approve it. The Nevidigan is capable of taking control over partial parts of an opponent's mind, mastering hold of the senses. The Nevidigan ALSO acts as a Genjutsu amplifier, making it easier to use, learn, and have a much more deadly effect.
Further Explanation: All Nevidigan users MUST lock eyes with the opponent in order for any effect to take hold. The use of Nevidigan is simple, it allows for one to directly change what an opponent sees or perceives. It is capable of making the victim feel what the user wants them to feel, by changing their sensory level. For example, if a victim is using a doujutsu, normally they would read movements quickly and be able to almost perfectly evade in a common rate, the Nevidigan may slow the precision eye, and make it read whatever degree it wishes the victim to follow. The copy eye, is no longer completely accurate, instead of being able to copy with complete accuracy, the chance of failing to copy is now higher, along with a lack of perception of the actual technique used. The mind reading eye is severely weakened, and is incapable of seeing future movements whilst against the Nevidigan. Against any form of doujutsu, the Nevidigan acts as a nullification of said doujutsu's complete effect. Put simply, the Nevidigan can make an opponent see what the user truly wants them to see. It may adjust their sight to where, they are unable to differentiate chakra levels, hallucinate or see things which aren't there, and even make Genjutsu terrifyingly more effective on them.
Note: This effect still works on opponents without doujutsu, only far better, for it requires less chakra drain, and is does not have a barrier stopping the control.
Strengths: Genjutsu, long-range, chakra control
Weaknesses: Close-range, ninjutsu, all jutsus require handseals, as well as rather long ones

Here's an example:
There's a water genjutsu that makes you feel like you're drowning. The genjutsu, which isn't real, gives the sensation of a drowning experience. You feel water filling up your body and you can't really breathe. In your mind your drowning, in reality your body is fine. When used in tangent with his ability, you really will drown. Kinda like the Matrix. If your mind dies then so does the body. Am I explaining it correctly?

Correct, though it is at the intent of the user as to how tangible the attacks become. This is with any genjutsu, clan or not, and this occurs without Nevidigan activated, the Kurama clan's natural ability, Nevidigan is just an advanced form. Nevidigan merely amplifies its effect, and negates other doujutsus.
Understand?
For example, say I were to use Temple of Nirvana, instead of just placing people in a simple state of sleep, I can further it to a sense of deep exhaustion, where Kai would not awaken them, and they'd be knocked out for many hours, days even perhaps.
Now a demonstration of its ability on Sharingan or Byakugan.
Say I use the water clone technique, and make 4 perfect clones of myself.
With Nevidigan activated, and having caught eyesight of my opponent, I can adjust their sight of the chakra network, into any level, where I can make the chakra disappear, appear higher, or lower... or any level I want. So, say I lowered my actual chakra to a clone's level, and made a clone my level. They could not tell the difference.
Say they attempt to read several of my attacks, taijutsu-wise, their reaction would be slowed significantly, and they would not be able to avoid as much.
If they try to copy a technique, their chances will be required to roll two sets of 6-sided dice. For both rolls, the need a 2 or a 4, if they fail to receive one or the other, or both, they don't copy the technique.
(( P.S. Can I begin making my genin for this? Being that it's the Kurama clan, will it be required to be in Konoha? Also, I was accepted to have my Tsuchikage to have the Crystal Release, any chance that can be unique to Iwagakure only? ))

Isn't everything in Naruto OP? It is not and never is instant death. A genjutsu, made real or not, can still be broken. If you're not able to RP on my level, then you'll die, it's that simple. When you fight me, you RP at your OWN RISK. A genin genjutsu, could actually kill someone. Genin Taijutsu can kill someone. Genin ninjutsu can very well kill someone. It's fair.
Why should a Genjutsu-type ninja be non-deadly? Hmm? I don't find it fair they can only subdue someone. I'd rather like gruesome deaths.

Sure.... whatever. No there happens to be a gennin genjutsu that causes people's skin to explode, covered in blood.... So you can instantly just do that to people. I mean you like to wave "You need to be a good RPer" flag around, but sometimes numbers don't add up.
Edit: Yes I hate all eye clans. They are all full of ridiculousness. But I keep a special place in my heart for the ones people make up. Those are even worse... but yeah don't mind me.

Second of all: his clan makes sense, I'm sorry to say. I mean, the other eye clans are OP, too. If you're going to discriminate against this one, you'll have to discriminate against those, too. That's my honest opinion on that. 8/
And genjutsu takes time and can be broken, as he said. It has it's weaknesses.

Alright I'm stepping in since I was asked by Sine. This is not OP, because it clearly has weaknesses. In fact, I've already come up with about 5 ways to combat this VERY effectively. And I made Sine and Tenshi the custom bloodline acceptors, meaning that about 90 percent of the time I'll agree with them, so if she sees no problem with it then it's fine. And granted the eye clans play a huge role in the Naruto world, but if you think about it, eye clans are not impossible to beat. Actually they are very easy to beat if you really take your time to think about it. I've had plenty of experience fighting Hyugas, Uchihas and other eye clans and I've managed to outmaneuver my way around them. As a matter of fact...DarknessFlare0777 would be able to kill this character easily if you remember his rpc Blade
