Neoixan enters the strange house and talks to the woman for a bit, by her return to the Route gaining a HM Fly! She investigates around for an item... And finds an Escape Rope! ((.-. #))

Cadi walked down route 16 and found a strange little house.. she entered wondering who lived here. When she ran into the owner of the house she agreed to keep it a secret she'd ever seen the place, in doing so the owner gave her HM Fly!

Cadi walked back out and found an escape rope also.
