Sabine -o- Winters• • • Sabine was confused, the room around her not spinning, but blurry. Everything hurt. The wounds on her shoulders were still bandaged, but she could tell that they needed to be changed. She tried to sit up a bit more in the bed, but winced and found a gasp coming out of her mouth. At first she didn't know where she was since the room was different then the first one she had been in, but then Iliad appeared at the door, and she instantly felt safe.
"Hi..." She said her voice coming out as a small gasp.
When Iliad spoke about her scaring the hell out of her, and not being able to be left alone without getting hurt, she closed her eyes and looked away. That was really not what she intended. She hadn't meant to scare him, and she didn't want to him to worry about her.
"I'm sorry..." She choked out. "All I wanted to do is see them one more time. I... I never expected to get into a fight. But that girl. That girl from the other night. She showed up, and said that the place was restricted. I was being told I couldn't see my own family."
She looked away and bit her bottom lip, remembering her face, and the words that she had spoken to make her so angry.
"She called my father a Criminal, and that he deserved what he got! How... how dare she talk about him like that. She didn't even know him. It was her Knights... that had killed him in cold blood. She said, that she was staying on the right side of the law, but does that give them a right to kill anyone they want, for no reason! He didn't do anything!"
She looked back at Iliad, her jaw clenched and her hands in fists.
"Now I can never go back. I can't go back to see them again! That b***h... will either be patrolling, or have more guards in that area."
After a while, the tears started falling from her eyes. Now... they were really gone. She cried for her family... but then, she realized how selfish she was being.
"Oh..." She said quietly, bringing one of her hands slowly to her mouth. "God... I'm so weak. Here I am complaining about two... ******** pieces of stone, and you were left to stand there and watch me bleeding and hurt. I made you worry... and all I have to say... is that I miss my parents. Oh... I'm so sorry... I never meant to scare you..."

Lillian stepped into the city, casting her green eyes around before she took in a deep breath and started forward. "I will have to be careful here.." She said quietly, her ratty clothing flowing around her as she walked. To many people who looked at her, she almost looked like a nomad from the deserts, though she was just trying to hide her identity. Her brother was working for the other side, and so that made her a target if she was spotted. "I wonder if I can find a cheap place to stay.." She said quietly, turning her head and squinting her eyes to hide their color. She shifted the bag on her shoulder and started through the streets, looking for any slum of a tavern she could find where they would ask only one question, how much money? She had a bit of money, enough where they would take it and leave her be. She finds a rather slummy looking tavern and grins under the cloth across her face, making her way towards it. She heard some talking and stepped to the side, hiding behind a few crates before she made her way into the tavern. The air was stuffy, damp and smelled of tobacco and stale alcohol. She scrunched her nose and shook her head, then started toward the bar. The tender looked at her as if she was crazy, until she placed the coin on the bar top. He inclined his head to her and handed over a key, which she took gladly and walked right back out of the tavern.

Iliad could tell Sabine was still pretty banged up. Most likely her bandages needed changing, but the time for no modesty was when Iliad thought she was dying. Iliad didn't feel like he had the authority to tell Sabine to let him rebandage her. Iliad would ask her about it in a few minutes, right now he was just happy she was awake and alert. Iliad grabbed a small wooden chair and sat down next to Sabine. "Hi back at you." He replied pleasantly enough, though the next words out of Sabine's mouth were anything but. Sabine started to recall the events of her day and Iliad started to feel bad, but also, oddly, very conflicted. It had always been at Iliad's core to trust people, he could dazzle it up by saying he just knew how to read people, but most often he was trusting. Though he did not know his sister he had to imagine that she wouldn't be a heartless wench, though going by the tale Sabine was spinning Iliad wasn't so sure. If this is who my sister really is, a tool for the Guards, a dog of the military? Iliad wrestled with the thought, Maybe I'm just not seeing it from her side of the story. To Zellana, Sabine was just someone not following the law, why should she stick her neck out and let Sabine stay on restricted grounds? Iliad looked at Sabine and felt ashamed of that thought, and of his blood relation to the antagonist of Sabine's story. Iliad said nothing, still trying to think as information poured in. Even silent as he was it was not out of place with Sabine filling the air with her own voice. She couldn't have meant it, atleast not the way Sabine thinks. Iliad thought, She was just trading barbs with Sabine, hell, Sabine's father died a while ago, this is Sabine's first year on the Guards, she would only hear about what happened through second hand accounts, no wonder her view is skewed and biased. Iliad looked at Sabine and felt ashamed once again, though when she started to cry Iliad felt more like a jack a**. How could I make excuses for someone I don't know, how can I not trust anything that Sabine tells me tells me. Iliad sighed and smiled a small sad smile. Iliad reached out and wiped the tears from Sabine's face, and leaned in giving her a small kiss on the forehead. "I'm the one who should be sorry Sabine." He said leaning back. "I should have been there to protect you." Iliad paused, unsure, yet sure at the same time. I have to tell her, now more than ever. Giving a pathetic shake of the head and smile he said. "There is something I have to tell you though." He looked at Sabine, smile still on his face, "That b***h, is my sister, and I'm sure you have very set feelings about her, but I would prefer you not call her that to my face."

Sabine -o- Winters• • • The kiss to her forehead, was more then unexpected. Sabine felt in that small moment, her heart stop and blush come onto her cheeks. She closed her eyes willing her tears to stop.
"Please don't blame yourself..." She whispered as he apologized to her about not being there. "You had your own things to do... I never expected you to follow me every step of the day."
She stopped short though, as Iliad spoke of Zellana... the one who had spoken so harshly about her father, the one who had nearly killed her. She turned to look at him, her eyes meeting his. She stared at him for a while, before her one good hand moved up to his cheek. Where... where was this coming from? Maybe the fact that he had saved her again, and patched her up. He was torn, and she could see it.
"I... I wont call her that anymore..." She said quietly, not really sure what else to say in the matter.
She was shocked to to say the least that he had that Guard as a sibling. There must have been some sort of story behind it. He had never mentioned a sister before... not that he needed to. Sure they knew each other, but there were still things that... she had kept from him.
"What time is it?" She asked changing the subject as she knew that this one would require a long talk and a bunch of questions.
The sky outside was dark, and from her spot on the bed, she was sure she could see moonlight. How long had she been out? Was it event the same day?

How she wished to know the reason as to why he saved her. Sadly, Amoria couldn't voice her question at the moment. The venom was powerful, and could have killed her if the man hadn't saved her. So why cure her of such a killer? It made no seense to her, and Mi doubt that it ever would. She wasn't a knight. She wasn't trained to fight and destroy. She only did so to survive in the cruel world.
Maybe dying by his hands wouldnt' be that bad. He seemed to have a higher sense of pride, mind and heart than most. The tightness loosened from her throat when the man started to walk away. As the archer started to walk away, the female just laid, still as she could. Four days total. Right now, she just needed someones help to get back to the inn for the night.

Lillian Lillian walked through the city, her eyes narrowed the entire time to hide their color. She did not want any one to be able to to pick her out later. She could hear people talking and hear movement all around, though she paid little heed to any of it. Instead she just allowed herself to explore the city, going down the alley ways and finding the small hiding places that only thieves and children knew. it was good to know these places, those secret places that many forget. It was late in the day when she finally started back toward the tavern, but something on the ground caught her eyes. It was a person, a woman to be more specific. She sighed and crept toward her slowly, taking care to not make too much noise in case this was a trap. She doubted it, but she was cautious and did not want to take any chances. She drew close and kneeled down, placing a hand on the woman's shoulder. "Um..Are you dead?" She asked, poking the woman to see if she was alive. She was warm and she might have been breathing but Lillian was not so sure.

Iliad shook his head, "Even still, I feel like I should have been there for you," Iliad smiled as Sabine placed a gentle hand on his cheek. "Thank you, I know it might be hard, after what she did, but getting to know her must be something I do on my own." Iliad sighed, "She is the only familly I have left, I would prefer it if I didn't start off hating her for doing this to you." Iliad smiled slightly, "In a way she saved your life." Iliad chuckled at the paradox once again, "If I didn't find out we were related I would have never tried to find you so that I could tell you. You would be in two different pieces had I come 3 seconds later, then I would really hate her... or maybe not, how would I know it was her?" Iliad felt stupid and stumbled over his next few words, "Sorry, that last part was supposed to be a thought. I don't want you to think I would come to love your muderer."Iliad shook his head and leaned back, feeling Sabine's fingers slip from his face as he did. "I'm sorry I'm rambling, my day has been hectic." Iliad looked out the window for a second and heard Sabine change the subject, Smart move, before I say something else stupid. He looked back at her, "I don't know what time it is, when I was bandaging you up I must say that as my heart stood still, so did time and space." He smiled, and continued, he was Iliad after all, "If there wasn't so much red, and a few too many slits for my liking, I would have allowed myself to enjoy the view longer..." He said, biting his lip and leaning in. He wondered if she would blush first, or slap him first. Well, I guess it doesn't matter what subject we talk about, I can always find out how to say something stupid.

Sabine -o- Winters• • • Sabine grinned and shook her head. No... hating your sister before even really getting know her wouldn't be that good. She didn't necessarily like the person who had decided to slice at her with her swords, but she wasn't about to do anything to deter him from going to see her, or meet her.
"Your way of thinking is interesting, but I guess in a way you're right. And don't apologize for your day being hectic. You have every right to ramble. I'm still sorry that I made it so much worse."
It was only after he spoke about enjoying the view a little longer, she realized just how little she was wearing under the sheets. She blushed and looked away, but after a few minutes, she realized just how horrible it must have looked. Not really the way she wanted to show herself off to someone. Sabine with her one hand pulled the sheets closer around her body.
"You should have taken the chance while you had it..." She whispered, her voice still harsh. "I probably look uglier now then I did before..."
She closed her eyes and let her head fall back against the pillows, letting out a sigh.

Iliad smiled and leaned back, "There you go saying you made my day bad, trust me, it wasn't good to start with. Its not a good feeling figuring out you have a sister so late in your life, a twin to boot." Iliad sighed, "Makes you feel kind of stupid, and lied to." Iliad noticed Sabine's blush and saw her timidly pull up the sheets around her, Huh, she didn't even try to hit me, maybe my wicked good looks and gentlemanly charm is working, wonder how much more I can get away with. "Modesty?" He asked with a smirk, "Now? Tell me, who do you think is going to change your bandages?" That, Iliad thought, is as good a way as any to see if she is okay with me redoing her bandages or if she opts to do them herself, in which case I will be forced to insult her inteligence and do it myself anyway. Iliad smirked, She can't bandage herself with only one arm...Iliad perked up when he heard Sabine speak. He waited devilishly until she had put her head down and closed her eyes before standing up as silently as a thief could and hovering over her, bodies parallel. He placed his forehead gently on hers, lips close to touching. One hand traced from her waist to mid way down her thigh, and rested there, while the other snaked its way to the curve of the back of Sabine's neck. "Even beaten and battered you're beautiful, although if you really are curious I would be more than happy to check and see just how dirty you're body has become." He stressed the word dirty to make it sound less like he was talking about cleanlyness and appearence, and more about something else.

Sabine -o- Winters• • • He was right when he spoke about changing her bandages. There was no way she could do it on her own, and the last thing she wanted was to get an infection from old soiled ones. She still had her eyes closed, but as soon as she felt the presence that was next to her now hovering above her they shot back open. Iliad's forehead was against hers, their faces less then inches apart. She blushed a bright red, and felt her heart speeding up in her chest.
She froze though when she felt his hands not only only moving up behind her neck but also down her thigh, she felt her eyes close again. God... why did that feel good? The he spoke about her being beautiful even with the bandages and scratches. Was he telling the truth? She was all beaten and bruised... there was no way she could look beautiful, not that she really was anyways.
"You're lying..." She whispered, her teeth biting down gently on her bottom lip as his hands moved gently over her thigh still. "I was never beautiful..."
This was the closest intimately she had been with... well anyone. Was it bad that she didn't despise it? She couldn't help but shiver as his breath hit her exposed skin on her neck, and as Iliad spoke about being dirty. Her heart was now beating at a thousand times a minute, and her breathing was getting a little erratic. What was happening to her? She... she didn't understand this feeling, but all she knew is that Iliad was causing it. She opened her eyes again and looked into his, before her one good hand reached up and moved her fingers across his cheek and through his hair. This feeling was so different, and so needed.
As she looked into Iliad's eyes, she made her decision. As much as she wanted to detach herself from everyone, and make them safe, she wanted this... she wanted to do this.
"You're such a tease..." She said finally, before gently pressing her lips to his.

=|Echo Iselsi|= "well dont let that take your guard down. zealots should never be underestimated." it took 5 more minutes to get where echo wanted to be. a 4-way abandoned street block, perfect for sparring. echo walked to the center of the street croossing and he turned to Ira, his claws out and ready. "Well this spot is the best place to spar if you want to release some anger. what do you say... you in?" Echo joyfully getting in a martial stance with his feet constantly shifting, hoping for yes to spar.[repost]

Iliad looked down at Sabine, she was erratic, blush, heart racing, tight, shallow breaths. I have her in the palm of my hand... Iliad thought with a smirk. Iliad had been a position like this many times before, though this was the only time that he could feel his heart racing too. Even with his emotions kicking up, Iliad was a man of experience and handled this situation like the many others, with more of the same. She'll push me off soon, so let me atleast toy with her some more. Iliad thought. "Sabine, you were always beautiful, even if you don't think so." He slipped past her face for a second and whispered in her ear, "Even if I'm the only one who says so, remember, you're the most beautiful thing in the world my little cardinal." With that Iliad bit gently the lobe of Sabine's ear. Sabine was shivering under his touch, knowing this just made Iliad want to lace his fingers over all corners of her body. Before he got a chance to Sabine was running a hand through his hair, confusing him for a second, She is actually enjoying this! Iliad thought. A few seconds later he was given a more poignant affirmation that Sabine was infact enjoying what was going on. She pulled him in and gently pressed her lips to his. Iliad's eyes opened wide, This, she, is this really? Iliad felt his heart go pitter patter a little bit faster than ever before, but soon regained composure. Inwardly smirking his cocky little a** off Iliad began to kiss Sabine back, with slightly more intensity and passion. He did more with his mouth than just meet lips, like part his and hers. She wants this, and I want it too, but I've lost all patients, screw shyness and timidness. Iliad thought shooting a hand up to the hem of the sheets and pulling them down to reveal Sabine underneath, splayed out like a treasure he was about to plunder, And plunder I shall. He thought, breaking the narritive fourth wall. Iliad, never removing his lips from Sabine's wormed his way onto the bed and inbetween Sabine's legs. He sent one hand to undoing some of the more unhelpful pieces of clothes and tried to send the other up Sabine's shirt, but all his fingers met was the feel of bandages. Wait... no.... thats right, God damn it... Detatching himself quickly and standing up Iliad looked away from Sabine, who was most likely more than a little unhappy at the moment. Neither was Iliad, who showed his frustration by letting out an impressive and fanciful string of cusses, swears, oaths, a few threats and a description about how he was going to... well it ended with a furry animal dying, no need to explain which and how. He bit down on his finger and looked back at Sabine, "Yup, just as I thought..." She was bandaged and risking sex might open back up her wounds. Iliad was a pervert but even he wouldn't continue on with a bleeding woman on the verge of passing out. Shaking his head, more out of vigorous hope in bringing blood to that head from the other than him being mad, he said, "I'm sorry, I can't, its too dangerous. I don't want to open anything... I don't want to open your WOUNDS, there are actually quite a few things I want to open right now." Iliad blushed slightly, embarrassed by his little outburst, and sat back down. "We'll have to save this for another night alright." He said with a pitiful sigh, his body seemingly doing the same as ALL muscles became relaxed.
