Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs thenecessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique)
Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
Kumo Keba no Jutsu (Cloud Wisp Technique)
Description: A scouting technique forming warm air into his hands the Cloud-Nin creates a cloud that is infused with chakra, the entire process takes a post in itself, after forming the cloud the nin loses all form of mental consciousness and the cloud flies away. This little wispling of cloud is now controlled by the nin who has lost consciousness it hears and sees all that is near the cloud. More often times then not the ghosts many foreign shinobi claimed to of seen in The Gate is nothing more then a shinobi using this technique, the wispling looks like a slight misty ball and some could even see the face of the nin form into it giving it a more ghost-like appearance. Destroying it is very easy, physical attacks, ninjutsu almost anything can dispel the technique returning the nin to consciousness, but a horrible weakness this wisp does have is that if one were to use genjutsu on the probe it immediately dispels and the user is afflicted with the genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.
Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique)
Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.
Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state.
Raiton: Raikou Jishaku no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet)
Description: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attract metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties.
Raiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Static Force)
Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearbye things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.
Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)
Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Academy Jutsus
Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.
Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.
Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

Katon Housenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique)Description: A jutsu that sends multiple blasts of fire from the mouth, usually with one target in mind. Shurikens can also be hidden inside the flames, creating an element of surprise.
Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Powerfull Fireball Technique) Description: Uses a high amount of chakra which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Extremely powerful, this Katon seems to possess a denser mass than most Katons. This would explain its intense potency and explosive nature.

It takes a small amount of chakra to initiate but it can take quite a bit depending on how long you wish to stay camouflaged within the confines of the natural resource. Elaborating on natural resources, it must be something like a tree or the ground or a boulder that has not been created or shaped by mankind.
Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique)
Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.
Genjutsu Kai (Release)
Special: This skill is not available at character creation for Genin unless they are of the Genjutsu Specialist archetype.
Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user once it is recognized as an illusion. With very powerful shinobi, Kai may be performed without handseals.

Kumo Bunshin no Jutsu (Cloud Clone Technique) Description: The user creates a genjutsu-based replication of himself, although assuming the speed of a user (if not faster sometimes) this clone is unable to attack an opponent as it is not a physical replication. In return however instead of the bunshin dissipating when hit like a standard bunshin the attack goes through the clone, at the most causing it to separate and then recombine. Can eventually cause overexertion of the target.
Name: Kumo Monokage no Jutsu (Cloud Cover Technique)
Description: This jutsu involves the simple creation of a small illusionary cloud, about 1-foot in diameter, that has to stay on the ground. Its true purpose is to conceal something that might be hidden in a particular spot, such as a sharp rock, or a small hole.
Name: Hekireki Koe no Jutsu (Thunder Voice Technique)
Description: This genjutsu is very simple. Upon its execution, the target is made to hear the user's voice at an astoundingly amplified level. This is a genjutsu often used by academy teachers to awaken students that fall asleep in class.
Name: Raimei Wana Fuu (Thunder Trap Seal)
Description: A basic genjutsu in the sense that what it does is very simple, however it is an illusion that is set up for the target, but also an illusion that the user himself self notices. Flashing a series of signs the user "primes" an area or object with a conditional genjutsu. Whenever someone crosses the said area or tampers with said object loud thunder is sounded and can be heard well from everywhere. While partially unsettling for most people who were just walking around or touching something the genjutsu does nothing more then alert the setter of this genjutsu that someone set off one of his signals.
Name: Hibanahouden no Jutsu (Discharge Technique)
Description: The target of this technique feels a tingle all over their body; their hair even seems to stand on end. Whenever they try to touch an object they receive a painful jolt of what seems to be high-end static electricity. The pain is not so severe that they cannot function but it is distracting to say the least. The key to realizing that this effect is an illusion comes in knowing the nature of static electricity. Triggered by touching the opponent.

Name: Tendou no Ashi no Jutsu (Cherub's Foot Technique)
Description: Considered one of the more auspicious moves in the repertoire of a Cloud Genjutsu specialist. After performing a couple of seals while maintaining eye contact with the target, the target will see a giant foot of cloud descending from the skies to step on him. Generally the entire concept of a foot about to descend on the shinobi is enough to make him disturb any particular action he had planned and instead he braces himself for the giant foot to crush him. However the moment the foot is about to touch the target it immediately dissipates into nothingness, leaving the target confused and open to attack.
Name: Kumo Yotogi (Cloud Watching)
Description: Once this genjutsu is cast, colors from the target’s perspective lose their harshness and a peaceful, serene feeling washes over him or her. The target feels completely relaxed and at ease, and then the user triggers the second stage by saying something along the lines of “The clouds are so nice and free…” When this happens, the target begins to get the feeling of becoming a cloud, and rising up to join the others in the sky. This genjutsu is useful because it can make the target off-guard.

Katon: Fukumen no Jutsu (Fire Release: Veil Technique)
Description: A stall technique which really only helps genins in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katons. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinities. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.
Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Sphere Technique)
Description: Quite different from the other various other Katons in Leaf’s arsenal, this one instead is a defensive jutsu. Quite easy to learn, it is also performed much differently from other jutsus. Using the body as a heat source, the user molds chakra to amplify it and make it entirely visible. Then the user expands it, using more chakra, and takes on a red, spherical shape. This shield is used as a defense against both ninjutsus and taijutsus. It isn’t very powerful, though, and can only parry at most one technique before deactivating. A drawback to this jutsu, though, is based on the body’s temperature. If the user performs this technique late in a fight they risk fainting due to both a drastic change in body temperature and already stressed body levels.
Note: The user must remain still while using this technique.
Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique)
Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
Note: Genin can use the technique for up to two posts, Chuunin for three, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.
Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.
Mizu no Tatsumaki:This is a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

╫Background Information╫
Kane has grown up in the Hidden Grass village. His mother died when he was young, leaving only his father to raise him. His father was very hard on Kane, expecting him to grow up to be a great warrior like his father had been. The strict training that Kane was forced to undergo led to him being one of the best students in his class at the academy. However soon after his graduation to genin, his father became very ill; so Kane stayed at home to take care of him having to forego his ninja training for the better part of three years. Eventually his father died, and after burying him Kane was able to resume his training. There was no squad for him to join until a year after his father's death, but Kane used that time to train and improve on what he had learned at the academy. Now he is ready to begin his career as a ninja in earnest.
After Abandoning the Chunin Exams, Kane went on a journey in an attempt to become more powerful. While on his journey Kane learned to rely on his instincts, and learned the importance of always being alert. One night while he slept he had a dream of a great thunderstorm looming over his home village, a storm that threatened to destroy everything he had come to cherish. In the dream he went to the top of the Kage's tower and channeled the power of the storm into himself in order to protect his village. When he awoke his body pulsed with an electric current and he heard a great voice all around him. It said to him "I am Raijuu, and now my stength is yours that we may both grow from the conflict you will see." And with that the electric current rushing through Kane's body burst, shooting an enormous column of pure electricity into the sky, and burning a seal into his back that said "Only through conflict can there be growth"

Story // Rokubi, a bijuu in the form of weasel, has four legs and very sharp claws. Its cry sounds like thunder. It was originally the god of Thunder, but because of Yamata no Orochi’s power, it was transformed into a beast. Raijuu can release a huge amount of electricity for battle assistance.
Personality // This demon is very jittery and anxious nearely all the time. Because of the overwhelming amount of electricity in its body at all times, it causes it to be very hyperactive. It is an outgoing and mildly smart demon.
Appearence // This demon is a much bigger version of a weasel and has yellow and gold shined fur. It has control over lightning which is a refined version of fire. It has great speed among all of the demons. If mad this demons teeth and claws become pure lightning and could cause great damage.

-Raikozan (Lightning great cut)
Raikozan changes the user's chakra in the form of lightning, forming massive bolts of black electricity between the user's hands, which is then shaped into the form of a massive blade or trowel shape. The jutsu itself is perfect for attacking large targets or piercing through barriers or walls. Since the jutsu drains a tremendous ammount of chakra, the jutsu can only be done when the user is in dire need, and only then for a brief period for a singular slash.

Stages
Stage 1 - The host eyes will turn purple as his hair will now be spiky and yellow. They nails of the host will grow long and narrow for better tracktion. Speed will increase four sure but only a little. Emitting lighting from the body is simple but does take chakra to do so. Be careful not to be careless or your own steps can you (the host).
Stage 2 - Host will now glow a bright yellow and the body is surrounded in a small amount of lightning. Like like the element cloak, or chakra cloak but lighting for this demon "Thousand Birds Current" wise. The host will have 1 one tail at first and over time the must learn to master this stage, which then they will gain a tail each time till there 6 tails. Once the host hits the 4th tail they will now be more golden, and the purple color feature will really show. (Host is yellow from 1 - 3, then gold from 4-6.) It is a simple matter of let the foes don't mess around. Once eac tail it master the host may enter stage 2 with all six tails. Most important they are on all fours in the stage.
Stage 3 - Stage 3 and which is the last stage the host will fully turn into raijuu as he will grow in size a lot. Though raijuu is not the biggest nor smallest demon. The host skin will now turn into bright yellow fur, at the end of his tails there will be some purple here and there. The host eyes will have now turn purple as well striking fear into anyone heart. Lighting control at its best raijuu can be quiet the demon from hell.
Fighting Style
Swift and flexible, body can adapt to awkward positions; fearless and vicious. Constantly using its speed when moving, and appearing as naught more than a flicker; hard to hit, and hard to evade, but the beast is clumsy and constantly fails in maneuvering which can be quiet common not matter how much you master.
Personal Rules //
• Speed is fast but not to the point the user will disappear with every step taken.
• Though very fastest the host does not have unlimited stamina, so if running around too much they can get tied quickly.
