SNOW DAY!!! *dances snow day dance* I love the phone call at 5 am telling me to go to sleep cause weather has bested our defenses and school is no more!! three day weekend yay!
I'm excited.
Anyone else snowed in? Or snow day? Or like snow?
Snow is cool. In literal senses, and the fact that it is the ultimate weaponry... its everywhere!

We got about 8 inches of snow last night. Every school in the county is closed except for my school and two other colleges. It took 45 minutes to do what is normally a 15-20 minute drive to school.

Yeh... I have a snow day, as well. We have like 14 inches of snow or some insane amount like that. This makes me happy, of course, for I love the snow.

14 INCHES?!! wow, thats awesome. I doubt we have that much here, we have *looks out window* probably less than a foot... i think. Looks crazy awesome out there though, all sparkly and snowglobey.

We're clear today, but yesters we had ice...took me 30 minutes to defrost my car. Of course, I work for a newspaper, so I hadda go to work...they don't let us stay home even if it's hideous out. That happens regardless of whether you are a critical part of the paper printing process or not.

We didn't get any snow, just some freezing rain / sleet here in Atlanta.
I am not a big fan of snow. It's so ... well ... cold. And I don't like cold. Also, it's yucky to drive in. I grew up in Chicago where we had LOTS and LOTS of snow, and I guess I had my quota.

I had a snow day from college yesterday! I love 3-day weekends! And luckily, the senior party at Tink's (one of the local bars that has a room with cages in it!) wasn't cancelled. If I can get a copy of it, I'll post a pic or 2 of me dancing in a cage... ^_^
But really, it was a surprise that we had a snow day. Last year, we hardly had off at all. I think it's because this year there's a new person in charge of deciding whether or not to close school. ^_^

For me.. I haven't seen snow in the city for maybe 5 years.
All I got recently was very light rain (barely wet the ground..)
