A Carry On Guild Event
Hiatus, otherwise known as Hell. The Nightmare-ish period between episodes ten and eleven, created to up the suspense and drive all fans loco! (okay, okay, I'm sure there are more legitimate reasons, but.... Argh. They're out to torture us, that's what!)
Here at Carry On, the crew has been plotting feverishly on a plan- a plan that will make this hellish time go quickly and easier for us all. Numerous ideas were brought up- kidnap the actors and force them to play out of own episodes? Nah, too expensive. We don't have the money to ship them down here. Build a time machine and jump ahead to the future? Nope. Ask Santa to get rid of the hiatus? Unfortunately, the only Santa we could find was more interested in eating us than granting our wishes. We thought all hope was lost, until-!
A certain awesome crew member (*cough*Eight*cough*) brought up the idea of having a guild-wide re-watch. It was an idea that had to mentioned in passing before, but never given a second thought.
SO NOW, I have the pleasure to announce the first (and perhaps last) annual Carry On Supernatural Hiatus Show! In the time between now and the airing of episode eleven in January, we will re-watch several episodes from each of the season, making our way up to 5.10 right before 5.11 airs. Every Tuesday and Thursday, the guild will get together in a MSN conference and watch an episode together. To keep things flowing, the crew will be selecting the episodes. Here's the planned schedule:
