White prompts are, well, white. They're easy things for a summoner to ignore. If you have a very well-established plotline and don't want the mods futzing it up, this is the one to pick. While you'll play an important part in the metaplot, your characters will never be in bodily danger.
Gray prompts are a mix of White and Black prompts. You'll get some screwballs, but mostly you'll be left to your own devices.
Black prompts mean you're going to get some ridiculous happenings. These all hold the possibility for terrible things, like character harm and/or death. However, it might end with a pretty neat prize for you...
