I feel that if you didn't bother to contribute, you shouldn't be nit picking at someone else's banner submission. If you don't like what is being submitted, then use your creative skills and make something. That sounds a LOT bitchier than it's meant to be sweatdrop ...basically I find it unfair that people are willing to criticize other people's submissions when they didn't take the intiative to create something themselves.
