Has anyone seen the atheist billboards that have been popping up across the US? Here's the one in my city:

I think there's something similar in England going on as well. Not sure what it's called though...

I haven't seen any around where I live (Georgia), though there are plenty of "God" billboards... like the one that's been on I-75 for at least ten years... it says, "Going in the wrong direction? God allows U-turns." It's really old but always in pristine condition, so I think that they go and replace it when it starts getting ragged. rolleyes

I live in Scotland and there were buses which has a sign on the side of them saying "Live your life! He probably doesn't exist anyway so you might as well enjoy yourself." I laughed my a** off =) Then I read in the paper not a fortnight later which had an article saying the signs had to be taken down as religious bus drivers refused to drive those buses as it was "blasphemous". I am not proud of how annoyed I was after reading this.

Ayumila I live in Scotland and there were buses which has a sign on the side of them saying "Live your life! If the ads were really large and visible on the outside of the buses, I can see their point. I mean, if I were a bus driver, I wouldn't want to drive a bus that was a moving advertisement for "getting saved" so... XD But if it was a smaller ad, with other ads around it, then I don't see the problem.
