From the corner of the temple, Talice entered with four guards flanking her. Even within the temple confines, she was escorted by guards between complexes, just to ensure that there were no assassination attempts
en route. Once within the crowd of worshipers, it was relatively safer. You would have to be either very foolhardy or very confident to try to kill a priestess of Lloth within one of her temples.
The Seer was clad in her usual black-and-green garb, complete with the black veil she kept hanging over the lower half of her face at all times. She paused at the edge of the crowd and gestured for her guards to dissipate before she slid into the throng. The cut of her clothes was fine, elaborate embroidery marking her as a cut above the normal worshipers. The candles on the altars called to her and as Talice wended her way towards them, her arm brushed against another's.
She turned to either apologize or scold the person, depending on what rank they were, then found herself staring into a pair of crimson eyes that grew to consume her whole world. Red eyes were hardly uncommon amongst drow; Tal's green eyes were far more unusual. But these eyes, they flooded her vision. She drowned in them as if they were blood; her hands came up to clutch at the woman, Talice recognizing it as the onset of a Vision, and her guards hastily made their way through the crowd to the near-swooning Seer.
